  Let me predicate this with I am a renter the rental agency uses them. They destroyed my personal decorations on the front of my house that they would have had to have taken off the wall in order to destroy as well as my string of lights above my door. They also trampled my rhubarb and left me a huge mess to clean up.

  Matthew, the Halloween skeleton and the string of lights should have been removed when the property owner notified you that the house was going to be reroofed. Replacing a roof entails a significant degree of demolition and we can not work around said decorations. Additionally, if the clean up is ever not to the owner's satisfaction we will return and take care of it until satisfied, however we did not receive a call indicating this was the case. We do, however, apologize that we did not communicate this directly to you in advance and that your personal items were damaged.

  We want to apologize to you for this incident. There is no excuse for this type of behavior and we truly are disappointed by these actions. We want to stress that safety is indeed a priority to us. We hold weekly safety meetings in an effort to encourage safe practices by our employees both on and off the roof. We have had an employee who has had flagrant disregard for our driving policies. We appreciate you bringing this serious matter to our attention. We have addressed this issue within the company and have terminated the employee in question. We take responsibility for this unfortunate event and apologize to you.

  We apologize, Talitha, for this offensive behavior exhibited by one of our drivers. We are very disappointed that our former employee chose to respond in this manner. This kind of behavior is never condoned by the management at Cascade Roofing and I can assure you that this was not the action of the owner. Thank you for your input. We have put a greater emphasis on driving safely and courteously. We have also restricted driving privileges to a select few who we trust to value and uphold our driving policies.

  Leroy, we sincerely apologize for the unacceptable behavior exhibited by a representative of our company. It is unacceptable and we take full responsibility. While we address and stress safety and courtesy, this is a case of an employee's flagrant disregard of our driving policies. We are left with only the option to respond retrospectively. Upon discovery of this behavior years ago, we terminated the employee immediately and have restricted driving privileges to select employees who we trust to value and uphold our driving policies. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience.

  I appreciate that you came to my house unannounced (no schedule or appointment), went through my upstairs window to the roof and put some roof caulking to cover up 6 nails that took a matter of maybe 10-15 minutes all together. Now all I have been trying to do is pay your $80 visit, but no one answers the phones or return messages. Please answer your phone so I can pay this bill from you guys. Thank you.

  Had my roof and gutters replaced 2weeks ago. I’m so happy! They did a Great job! They were easy to work with. Rick answered all my questions! He was friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything! The price was fair. I’m sooo pleased! I will definitely recommend them.

  I was extremely impressed with Cascade Roofing from start to finish. Haley and her team were knowledgeable, courteous, and employed all safety protocols. They always kept me informed throughout the entire process. The price was competitive, and the workmanship was exceptional. The team showed up on time and completed the job in 3 days as promised. The job site was swept and cleaned daily leaving no traces of construction behind. My new roof looks amazing, and I feel confident knowing it will provide years of protection. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

  Our roof looks amazing thanks to Cascade Roofing! We've used Cascade Roofing many times over the years for our rentals, shops and other family homes, but this time it was our home. They were responsive to our needs and made suggestions along the way so we understood our options which helped us make the right decisions. Great employees that work tirelessly and efficiently and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Super impressed and will continue using and recommending them!!!

  This is the second house I have used Cascade to replace the roof. Out of the six bids I got for this roof replacement Cascade was by far the least cost. Their work quality appears to be good, they do an admirable job protecting the landscaping and gutters, and they also do an admirable job cleaning up after the job is done.

  We used cascade roofing to replace the roof on our rental property. The work was done on time as scheduled. The price was very reasononable and the roof looks amazing. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend!

  It has been a few months since we had are new roof installed from cascade roofing . Thank you Hailey and crew you guys are the best . This was the best experience I have ever had with any contractors ever. I would recommend this company to anyone. There bid blows everyone out of the water and they executed the work perfectly thanks again for all you do. Truly you guys are the best.
