  Honesty and integrity is what they claim but my experience with them couldn't be farther from that. I found out they were sending a crew to start shingling my house just hours before storms were expected. I told them to stop the crew because I only wanted them to start shingling if they could finish before the storms. I asked the receptionist to have the supervisor call me back and they never did. Next attempt to shingle they were supposed to send a crew out on Saturday with specific instructions to finish the roof no later than Sunday before storms rolled in Monday. On Saturday one single worker showed up and shingled about 10% of the roof and nobody showed up at all Sunday. They then continued to shingle over wet felt which voids the shingle manufacturers warranty. The felt was also about 1 month old at this point and was cracking and curling at the edges, but was not replaced. Surprised to see so many good reviews for this company, I have no confidence in my brand new roof nor do I have a valid manufacturers warranty on the shingles. Not acceptable for how much money this cost. I would love to speak to an owner to get an explanation for this.

Being that the builder you chose supplies all material and schedule for us, we cannot speak in depth about any material warranties and install timing. I can assure you our workmanship warranty is in line with what the builder guaranteed to you when contract was signed through them.   We were incredibly pleased with our reroof from CASA. Our salesman, Keaton, made the process so easy from the estimate, dealing with our insurance company, and making sure were very satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend using CASA Roofing.
