  We recently had our roof replaced, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. ralph was very easy to work with and took time to explain the insurance claim, the roofing details, and each step of the roof and gutter installation. For someone like me who knew very little about shingles, flashing, and gutter work, this was very helpful and reassuring since we had never gone through a full roof replacement before. The roofing crew completed the new roof in just one day, and the gutters were installed the next day. jeffrey also helped manage the insurance communication and made sure we understood what was happening at every stage. The team was professional, organized, and careful with cleanup, which made the experience even better. i really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how efficiently the job was handled. we are very happy with the finished roof and gutters and would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

  I have no complaints at all about my experience with Carter & Sons Roofing & Construction. Logan stopped by to offer a roof inspection and was friendly, respectful, and never pushy. After we set a time, he came out, took clear photos, and explained the damage he found on our aging roof in simple terms that were easy to understand. He also went over the insurance paperwork with me, helped explain what might be covered, and made the whole roofing process feel much less stressful. Once the work was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and got the old shingles removed and the new roof installed in a single day. They worked efficiently, protected the property during the job, and did a thorough cleanup before leaving. The gutter work was completed right after, which really helped finish everything off properly. A little later, Logan sent the final invoice, answered my questions, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. The whole project felt organized and professional from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend him for roofing and gutter work.

They got me scheduled right away, and I had a full new roof installed within a week. What stood out most was how well organized the whole roofing crew was and how smoothly the project moved from inspection to tear-off to final shingle installation. The work was finished in just two days, which was impressive because this was not a simple roofing job. The existing roof had old cedar planking underneath with three layers of worn asphalt shingles above it, so the crew had to do a full tear-off, remove all the old roofing material, install new roof decking, and then put on the new shingles with solid hand-nailed workmanship. The price was not the lowest, but the quality of the roofing work, the speed, and the attention to detail made it worth it. The full job, including the roof replacement, gutter work, and four skylights, was completed in just two days. The crew worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and paid attention to detail throughout the project. logan answered my questions quickly, communicated well, and made the whole job feel organized and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, which really stood out. I also appreciated that caden came back out promptly to secure a loose piece of siding, which showed real care even after the main roofing job was finished. They gave very competitive, detailed quotes and ended up doing several parts of the roofing work. They replaced the shingle roof, flat roof sections, and the metal trim and flashing. From start to finish, there workmanship was professional, careful, and completed in a timely way. The crew kept the jobsite organized, explained the roofing process clearly, and made sure each step was done right. After that project, i asked them to quote a full roof replacement for one of my commercial buildings. This was a much larger roofing job, but they handled it very well. They had enough skilled roofers on site, managed the schedule smoothly, and finished on time. eli helped me make smart choices about the roofing materials and system that best fit the building, and i was very pleased with the final result. I am also using them for roof repairs on other commercial properties, including leak issues, flashing repairs, and general maintenance work. It is hard to find a roofing team that can handle residential roofing, commercial roofing, roof replacement, and repair work with the same level of care, but they have done that for me. logan and the rest of the crew have been easy to work with, responsive, and thorough. What stands out most is how dependable they are from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with, from the owner to the crew, took the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure the roofing job was fully completed to my satisfaction.
