The work was done as proposed, cleanup was good, and very minimal damage to surrounding surfaces. Using CHS and GAF products, the warranties are absolutely amazing. That is what closed the deal for me. Tim was easy to work with, and kept his word. I am a satisfied customer, and highly recommend him.

Roofing Questions Greensboro Property Owners Often Ask Why do some Greensboro roofs age faster on one side than the other? Differences in sunlight exposure, prevailing weather patterns, shade coverage, and moisture retention can cause sections of a roof to age at different rates. Can a roof pass a visual inspection and still have hidden problems? Yes. Some issues occur beneath roofing materials or around flashing details where they are not immediately visible from the ground. Why do roofing manufacturers place so much emphasis on ventilation? Proper attic ventilation helps manage heat and moisture levels that can affect both roofing materials and the structure beneath them. Does storm damage always create an immediate leak? No. Some forms of storm damage weaken roofing materials without causing immediate water intrusion, allowing problems to develop later. Are commercial roofing inspections different from residential inspections? Yes. Commercial roofing systems often involve different materials, drainage designs, equipment penetrations, and maintenance considerations.Aug 3, 2026Learn more
