  I had a leak around the flashing of my chimney, plus questions about other things going on with my roof. Bill came out for an inspection and quote, met me in person, answered all my questions, and helped me figure out what needed to be fixed now and what could wait for later. He ended up doing the repair on the spot and it cost far less than what I was expecting! It is a great relief to know my roof is now fixed and it didn't cost very much! He was also very communicative about when he would come to look at my roof and if it needed to be postponed because of the weather.

  What can I say about Alex and Bill(owner). They were Both Great to work with!!! Alex was there every step of the way!!! His and John’s suggestions about the fascia, and gutter rerouting were Spot On. Clean Up crew were great. Left the work area in A1 shape.

  Bill replaced a couple pieces of siding that had ripped off. He was very informative and efficient. He matched the old siding as close as he possibly could.

  Bill and his team promptly came and fixed the siding on my house after it was damaged in high winds. He had to find siding to match ours and I’m happy that it matches perfectly. I highly recommend Cardinal Ridge and will use Bill and his team again if the need arises. Very polite and professional.

  Cardinal Ridge Restoration was amazing. We had some water underneath our flooring in the basement and didn’t know where the water was coming from. Bill was able to come over right away and was very respectful, polite, and more than relaxed during the process. Bill is very professional and experienced in the field. He was also able to immediately connect me with someone that could fix the foundation crack where the water was coming from.

  I had issues with noise (LOUD NOISE) coming from the soffit. Bill came out immediately and fixed the issue! Fast, polite, knowledgeable and affordable!

Heavy winds damaged our clients shingles and ridge cap. With rain on the way, he called for emergency services and reached out to 10 other exterior companies, but no one could help. We stepped in and got the job done for our client the very same day he called Mar 16, 2026
