  In 2018 I hired this company to replace my roof due leaking that occurred in my dining room. Their spokesman/representative (Clayton) was very friendly and courteous and guaranteed their work which came with a 20 year contract on materials and 5 year contract for labor. On Tuesday, 07/12/22 the roof failed as we received much needed rain. As the rain poured down from the sky, it soon began to pour through a light fixture in my dining room. I immediately reached out to Clayton who was no longer employed with the company but gave me the information to reach them about the problem. I made contact with Jon who advised that he was going out of town but would turn around to check out the problem. Upon his arrival, Jon began to inspect the inside of my home to see where the water (which was still pouring through our ceiling) was coming from. I told him that I had noticed the roof pulling up in two places the day prior. Jon checked several sources (a/c unit, plumbing, etc.) to see if something other than the rain was causing the leak. After seeing that nothing else caused the issue, he advised that he would have his employees/roofers to come out to check the problem on the next day. I called at 10:45 on Wednesday (07/13/22) and the call went to his voicemail so I left a message. I attempted to reach him again at 12:42 after no hearing from him and it went to his voicemail again. Shortly after Jon returned my call and advised that his roofers were on a job in Cabot and would be at my home later that day. After his crew failed to show up, I called Jon again. He said he didn’t know why they didn’t show. He then began to communicate as if he was trying to avoid responsibility for the repairs saying, “I think we can agree that the storm caused the damage.” I immediately rejected that idea and reminded him of the places where the roof was pulled up. He then suggested that since the roof had lasted four years it was not his responsibility. Now angered by the fact that it seems lik

  The owner of Capital Roofing Solutions showed up at Reverend Luther Green’s house at 8:35 pm, within one hour of his first call stating his roof was leaking. This was just after the area was impacted with 80 mph wind, rain, and hail. Video footage shows he looked over the ceiling and through the attic trying to find the source of the leak. He assured Reverend Green he was going to help him and that he would send his crew over the next day to find the leak. He also stated his intentions of honoring the five-year labor warranty but that a labor warranty does not include new storm damage, to which the Reverend became disgruntled about. Our crew arrived within 48 hours and resealed an area around the chimney. Reverend Green called the owner immediately to ask how he was going to handle any further repairs. Mr. Whitehead (the owner) tried to explain our first step was determining where the leak was coming from, they had an idea but were not 100% as the sealant had not had time to cure yet. Reverend Green was not satisfied with that and refused to listen to further reasoning. The Reverend began yelling, cursing, and threatening to file suit. Mr. Whitehead then sent him a text message stating, "I was trying to explain what was going on and what has transpired. I am all for helping you out with this within a reasonable manner. I will not be yelled at or talked down to if you chose to move forward with our help. Thanks". At 12:52 the Reverend then sent Mr. Whitehead a screenshot of the above complaint as a threat. It was at that time Mr. Whitehead ceased communication. The Reverend then sent this review at 4:02 pm. We have multiple photos of the leak, texts messages, video recordings, and an email to Liberty Mutual from 2018 stating that the chimney was not up to code and would not be warrantied if a cricket wasn't built and new saw cut flashing installed, which was denied by insurance and not installed.   Our neighborhood had some pretty good hail storms a few months ago and we contacted John with Capital Roofing (CRS) to provide us an estimate. After a thorough examination of our roof, we were given an estimate and recommendation of a full replacement. We contacted our insurance agent and the adjuster came out and told us they would pay for a full roof replacement down to the decking. They also included all the gutters and downspouts as well as our attached patio awning. The insurance adjuster provided us with a full estimate and a check to cover the cost of the cash value of the repairs. We contacted John with CRS and we all agreed to the pricing from the adjuster and we signed our contract. True to his word and schedule, John had all materials delivered ahead of the scheduled work date. On that work date, he had an 8-man crew at our house at 6:00 a.m. Yes, that is early, but it was July in Arkansas. Throughout the day, John's job site foreman kept us in the loop as to what stage they were at and what was happening next. they worked until 8:00 p.m. finishing the job and it looks fantastic. Before they left, the crew completely cleaned the ENTIRE yard of all debris and nails that come off during the tear-off phase. The foreman also provided plenty of photos to document each phase from bare decking to the synthetic roof underlayment to the final ridge cap installment and roof whirlybirds (turbines). Our roof is in perfect working order and looks great. Since CRS was the GC on this job, they brought out a fantastic company that replaced all of our gutters and downspouts. This was completed about 2 weeks after the roof because of the lead time on materials. They too did an outstanding job of tear-down, installing, and cleanup. And just today, our awning was replaced with the pattern my wife picked out and it looks fabulous. All-in-all, I highly recommend Capital Roofing Solutions, LLC. to be your vendor of choice. **Side Note** John did not ask for ANY upfront pay
