  I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!! The wife is snobby, I called to ask why my invoice kept changing by thousands of dollars and she had an attitude. I was charged for stuff that they did not do. They emailed my insurance company invoices that were different from what they gave me in which my price changed 3 TIMES. They called and requested payment from my insurance company for materials that they said they needed to complete my roof a week after my roof was done. When I called to ask why, after I received a call from my insurance company. They had an attitude. BAD BUSINESS. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau also. Even my Homeowner Insurance stated my price on my invoice should not have changed 3 times. My advice to anyone don’t talk to them when they ride past your home and ask if they can do your roof. You will get the run away. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

  Dear Latisha, First off, I am glad we were able to help you get a new roof through your insurance carrier due to storm damage. However, when dealing with Insurance Companies, sometimes it is necessary to go back to the Insurance provider to cover items they did not initially cover or to correct any changes in price. This is completely normal when dealing with an insurance claim. The changes in price were paid for by YOUR INSURANCE CARRIER for things they should have paid for originally. Your out-of-pocket of your deductible and upgrades did not change at all through the process. In your claim, the insurance company finalized the extra line items needed after we installed the roof. As a result, you were credited those line items. You were not charged for items that we did not do. Camden Roofing charged less than the amount the insurance company paid you. When you made a 3-way call with us and your insurance company, your insurance company did not understand why you were upset as Camden Roofing was not charging you for the items not performed and that you agreed to out- of-pocket did not change. We had multiple conversations with you and your husband trying to explain the process. You hung up on me and your husband told my Company Controller to shut up while they were talking. Camden Roofing has done everything honestly have been forthright about the process. We still await your final payment.

  Had these Storm Chasers to come to my neighborhood and actually talked to them myself. They did go on roof and of course found one or 2 shingles they claim was bad enough for me to have a whole roof replacement done. we called an adjuster and adjuster approved that they will replace my roof be cause my shingles was not manufactured anymore. They wanted to charge 18k to replace the roof. When I only live in 1200 square foot hom . Every other roof company we had come b . And we had 4 others just to come to compare pric . Well we decided to go with the one in the middle . They had excellent review . Now be ause Camden came out and showed up to see if the adjuster would approve a new roo . When we didnt decided to let them do the work and triple charge what it actually cost to do the roofs in my neighborhood. they w have sent a 1k cancellation fee to my wife emai . Wo . This company is nothing but storm chasers and crooks. Dont take my word for it. Ask all my neighbors who just had the work done and wish they would have went a different route. they talk about this every day. Hope you guys

  Michael, I would like to address your issues that you mentioned. First, we are not storm chasers. We are a North Carolina based company with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh. I have a staff that live less than five minutes from where you live. We are a local company serving your area. Second, we were not going to charge you $18k to replace the roof with like-kind of materials that you have. As a matter of fact, the only thing that you had decided to pay was your deductible which, is required by law. We were prepared to do your roof based off the insurance estimate since, you did not want any of the upgrades that we were offering. When we originally met with you and sat down and explained everything to you, we gave you our word that we would do everything to ensure you got what you deserved from the insurance company, to which they agreed to our assessment. In exchange for that, you gave us your word in writing that you would use us. I, the owner, even came to your adjuster appointment in which you were very happy with your sales rep and you even mentioned to me that since it got approved you were considering the upgrades. THEN, you got the check from the insurance company. You told your rep that you needed to send the check off to the mortgage company for endorsement. Then, you stopped answering him completely. Then, you had another company install the roof after we had given our time and expertise to your claim. The document you signed stated that if you were denied that you would not owe us anything. However, if it was approved based on our work and you did not use us, there would be a fee for our expertise. It is not a cancellation fee. It is explained right above the line where you signed your name and agreed to our services. I am sorry for any confusion or inconvenience that this may have cause.

  Company solicited me about possible shingle damage and I filed a claim. They were supposed to come and meet with me and the insurance adjuster, but never showed. Telephone call to the "office" was never answered, and they don't have an answering machine or service apparently. Don't think I'll be doing business with Camden any time soon.

  Camden showed up and gave me an estimate. They fixed part of the roof, gutter, and replaced rotten wood. They completed the job and their representative was a nice guy. Everything went well.

  I asked my neighbor Benjamin to help with many properties and Camden did EVERYTHING they said they would do. The Crew was fantastic. If I needed to do anything again I would definitely ask Benjamin.

  Willie has been fantastic to work with. He was prompt to respond to our request for work and when he arrived he did a thorough roof inspection and took photos and videos to show us what the problem was. We highly recommend Camden Roofing and will continue to use them in the future.

  Since 2019 Benjamin has been faithful and excellent to help me. However, the insurance company denied me three times! I have therefore decided to leave my insurance company and get a company which will serve the critical needs my roof has. Camden is such a great company and will always go the extra mile to help! I’m having them do my roof soon!

  My entire experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. Benjamin Houston was very thorough, flexible, communicated very effectively, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring throughout the entire process and I appreciate him going beyond the call of duty when it came to customer service. He made sure that I was able to get my roof and not only that but be finished with the installation in only one business day. The crew members were very friendly fast and cleaned up everything once installation was finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may be looking for any type of roof installation.
