Jay and Matt helped me with patch work on my roof before they started their own company. It’s been almost 3 years now and not a single leak. Great people to work with.

Hello Edgar, Thank you, Edgar! We really appreciate you taking the time to share this. Before starting California Building Professionals, our owners, Jay and Matt, spent years doing freelance roofing work and gaining hands-on experience in the field, so it means a lot to hear that the repair they completed for you almost three years ago is still holding strong with no leaks. Thank you again for trusting them with your roof and for supporting them as they’ve grown into their own company!

I had someone come out and trim my tress in Tujunga and some of the branches fell on my roof and damaged it. I reached out to California Building Professionals because they were local and they gave me the best price of all the companies I reached out to. I got my entire roof done and it took less than 2 weeks. Project managers and their crew were on top of everything and respectful of the property. Great experience

Cali Building Pros made replacing my roof the most stress free experience possible and it all happened so quick. From the time of signing to final inspection was only 10 days. For anyone reading this, I have a shingle roof with a standard slope and it’s roughly 2000 sq ft.

I recently added sq footage to my home and the roof on the new addition was leaking. I called California Building Professionals come out and take a look and they showed up at my doorstep 2 hours later. From all the companies I called, they offered the most detailed scope of work, from the materials and labor cost, to the permitting and scheduling. They found and fixed the issue in 3 days and kept my property clean during the process. I recommend them to all my neighbors in the Los Feliz/Hollywood area.

California Building Professionals did an excellent job replacing our roof. They removed the old material, replaced the damaged wood decking, and installed a new flat roofing system along with new shingles on the pitched section, and updated us with photos every step of the way. Everyone was respectful, punctual, and looked after my property like it was one of their own. Super happy with the final result and highly recommend them!

🏠 New Shingle Roof Completed in La Crescenta, CA! We recently completed this 2,500 sq. ft. roof replacement in La Crescenta using Owens Corning Copper Trail shingles, giving the home a fresh look and a dependable new roofing system. The homeowner decided to take care of the roof proactively, wanting to get ahead of potential El Niño storms and heavier rainfall rather than wait for an aging roof to develop leaks during the rainy season. Once we removed the existing roofing material, we discovered several areas where the roof decking had begun to rot and needed replacement. Fortunately, our roofing contracts include decking replacement coverage equal to 10% of the total roof area. On a 2,500 sq. ft. roof, that meant this homeowner had up to 250 sq. ft. of decking replacement already included in the contract. Because the damaged decking came in under that amount, we were able to replace it at no additional cost to the homeowner. This is exactly why planning ahead can make such a difference. The homeowner now has a new roofing system, the damaged decking has been taken care of, and the home is better prepared before the next stretch of heavy Southern California rain. 📍 La Crescenta, CA 🏠 Owens Corning Copper Trail Shingles 🔨 2,500 Sq.
