The roofing team has completed several projects at our railcar repair facilities in Grapevine. Their crews show up on time, follow safety rules, and coordinate the roofing work well with our daily plant operations. We have been very pleased with the roof coating systems and full sheet metal replacement, including roof purlins. Their estimates are usually more competitive than other roofing bids we have received. If a roof leak comes up after the job, Richard and the team respond quickly and come back to make it right.

Our older metal roof had been installed the wrong way, and water was getting into the house near the chimney. Cabrera Brothers Roof Repair responded quickly when we called, even though the property was in Grapevine and the job was a smaller …

Great crew, clear communication, and an excellent roofing job. From the first estimate through the final cleanup, everyone was helpful, professional, and easy to work with. The price was very fair and landed in the middle of the quotes I received, which felt right for the level of service and roofing quality. I spoke with references before choosing a roofer, and the feedback was very strong. Other roofing companies were mentioned as having slow callbacks, weak follow-up, poor communication, and workmanship concerns like bad flashing and leaks after heavy Texas rain. With this company, that was never a concern. Richard explained the process clearly and showed strong knowledge about proper roof vent flashing and lifetime vent caps, which were already included as part of the roofing system. I was also impressed with the materials and attention to detail. They used high-quality underlayment and extra protection beneath the shingles, which gave me confidence that the roof was being built to last in the Grapevine heat, wind, and storms. The crew did not rush the project. They took the time needed to tear off the old roof, install the new one correctly, and make sure the finished work looked clean and solid. I also noticed a big difference compared with other roof replacements in the neighborhood. Some homeowners went with the cheapest bid and later had problems with cleanup, damaged gutters, torn screens, and difficulty getting the roofer back out. My experience was smooth from start to finish, with no issues at all. The property was cleaned up well, the roof looked great, and the follow-up was excellent. After seeing the finished result, several neighbors asked about the company because the workmanship and communication stood out.

We hired them for chimney and roofline maintenance, and they did an excellent job. More recently, we had an animal damage the siding near the chimney and roof edge, and their crew came back quickly to repair it. They matched the color very …

Cabrera Brothers Roof Repair was excellent from start to finish on my roof replacement. Wesley and the crew gave me several shingle color choices and helpful recommendations that made the decision easy. They also handled the gutter installation, and after a few heavy Texas rain storms in Grapevine, everything has been draining properly and working just like it should. Communication was clear the whole time, with updates on the schedule, progress, and completion, and every question I had was answered right away. The workmanship, cleanup, and overall service were outstanding, and I am very happy with the final result. I would highly recommend them for roofing and gutter work.

I had only been in my newer home a short time, so it caught me off guard when I noticed water coming into one of the bedrooms during a heavy Texas storm. I reached out for roofing help, and the crew was professional, arrived quickly, and found the roof leak without delay. They explained each step clearly, showed me what was causing the problem, and made the repair the same day. Their fast response, solid roof work, and clear communication really put my mind at ease. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in Grapevine who needs roofing or exterior service.

i chose fiberglass shingles for my new roof, and i couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the first home visit to the final installation, the whole roofing process was smooth, well organized, and finished in less than three weeks. wesley and caleb spent a lot of time with me, took detailed roof photos, explained the roofing options clearly, and answered all my questions in simple terms. What i appreciated most was the honest approach. There was no pressure and no upsell at all. They gave me pricing for both fiberglass shingles and metal roofing, explained the pros and cons of each system, and let me choose what worked best for my home and budget. That made the experience feel straightforward and trustworthy. The roofing crew was very professional, respectful, and skilled. They worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and handled the installation with real care. After the roof was completed, richard walked me through the finished work and showed me photos taken throughout the installation, which gave me extra confidence in the quality of the workmanship. In Grapevine, where roofs need to stand up to strong sun, heat, wind, and storms, it was great to work with a team that clearly understands local roofing needs. i would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof replacement.

I hired Cabrera Brothers Roof Repair for a new roof, new gutters, and gutter screens to help keep leaves out. Jesse and the crew were great to work with from start to finish. He came out to inspect and measure the house, then provided an estimate and helped me choose shingle colors and roofing styles that fit the home well. The roof installation team worked hard all day with a supervisor on site, and the whole job was handled in a very professional way. The next day, the gutters and screens were installed, and that crew was just as impressive. They kept the work moving, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything looked clean and solid. A follow-up visit was done shortly after the installation to check the completed work and make sure everything was in good shape. I was very pleased with the service, communication, workmanship, and the overall roofing experience.

highly recommend cabrera brothers roof repair. it is hard to find honest roofers, but this crew was excellent. i called about a major roof leak in several parts of the house after recent hail and heavy rain, and they quickly inspected everything, explained the problem in simple terms, and gave me a free estimate that was fair for the scope of the repair and the quality of the roofing work. they got started fast, showed up on time, kept good communication through the whole job, and finished the repairs sooner than i expected. before them, i had a few other roofing companies come out, but they were unreliable, slow to respond, and their pricing was inconsistent. this team was professional from start to finish, answered questions clearly, and made the whole process easy. the roof repair looks solid, the leak issues were taken care of, and i feel confident calling them again for any future roofing needs. if you want dependable service, honest people, and quality workmanship, they are a great choice.
