  My experience was: 1) they wouldn't call back and when I finally got ahold of them, they said to call nin the spring. 2) asked for a garage quotation but they refused as ot was "too small" of a job but said I needed a new roof for house too anyway, quoted me close to 8k (5 years ago!) Plus extra for the garage! I had several quotations done and they were by far the most expensive and arrogant! I will always tell people my experience whenever they are asking about good roofing co.s! It WAS your company and I am telling my experience as it happened. The quotation was from 5 or 6 years ago. I will find it and can show you. At that time, your company told me it was too small and could not get to it until the next year. I also inquired about my leaky roof over my kitchen causing damage, and was told you wouldn't consider doing it as it was January. So the company that did my garage, excellent work btw, sent two men out to put barrier under singles with leaking area for $50 cash.

  Hi Amy.. I went through our database of quotes, and I don’t see any quotes that match your review name. As far as a job too small, we do small jobs all the time, and have a defined crew that only does small jobs. We Laos have a person in our office during regular business hours that takes calls.   Had my bathroom vent fixed by Byron Roofing back in April, have not heard back from them until now which is July. They sent me an email by replying to the email chain I had to initiate the work and left me a voicemail asking for payment for the work done as they INSISTED that they sent me the invoice twice and I opened the invoice several times without making the payment. I asked them to double check if they have the correct email address on their system as I HAVE NEVER EVER received a single invoice from them. They said they will check and will resend the invoice right away. I have not received the invoice after a few days. The invoice came in the same time when they sent another email saying the email address on file was incorrect and again they demanded the payment right away without a simple apology. I paid them the second I received the invoice and I replied to their email saying this is unacceptable to say I received the invoice twice and tried not to make the payment. They got back and said this is totally okay as I should have reached out to them to follow up and make the payment instead of them, as a service provider, to follow up with me properly. An apology when you are at fault is important, that's how Canadians treat each other isn't it?

  Thanks for the review Trevor. Thankfully we did email and call, to receive payment 103 days after the service work was completed. As I stated in the email, you had work done and hadn't received an invoice, weren't you wondering after a few weeks or a month where the invoice was. And your correct , we need to follow up , which we did by sending invoices again and again and finally calling, to which you replied you never received them. You are also correct in saying you paid the minute you received the invoice you didn't receive previously. So thank you for your payment.

  Contacted 4 times for an estimate. Talked to someone on the phone, said they would contact within 1 week. Nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Used contact us link on website. Nothing. Called again and left a message. Nothing.

  We were very happy with their service. Guys were respectful answered all our concerns and did an amazing job. We would strongly recommend them. It was an insurance claim so not sure just what it cost.

  We noticed a wet spot on our ceiling and called Byron Roofing. The gentlemen that arrived (and quickly), were kind, professional, courteous, and worked without delay. We were told we had a nail that had popped, and the recent rain and wind allowed for a small leak. They fixed that, and added extra sealant around a decent number of shingles in that area as well. I was worried we were going to be told we needed a new roof, but it wasn’t needed. That kind of honesty around work that clients know little about is more than refreshing, and when it is time to do the roof, these folks are first on the list. Highly recommended. 10/10

  Byron Roofing, unlike their competitor for our roofing job, showed up on time and gave us a favourable quote. Jon was professional at all times. We were told the new roof would be completed during the May to June time period They emailed us on May 52026 to advise the work would commence the next day, which it did. In two days we had a new roof as quoted. On time and on budget. The clean up was very thorough. We would most highly recommend Byron and Jon. Derek and Chauna.

  Byron Roofing replaced our shingles and repaired our flashing following wind damage. They did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the finished product. Their crews were very professional, and their work is top-notch. I highly recommend if you need your roof redone.

  Thank you Byron Roofing! We had a leak, and someone came quickly, and then set up a new roof. The team who came to do the work was awesome, polite, professional and cleaned up very well. We have a dog so were worried, about possible debris left behind, we did not need to worry.
