I called this company 3 times for a roofing quote and three times someone hung up on me!!! Not reliable in my opinion! Time to move on, I guess they don't need the business!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Apologies that this happened as that is not normal for our office personnel. We are a small family run company that answers all calls and would never intentionally hang up on a customer. Please feel free to email us at info@burnsconstructionandrepairs.com to allow us to come out and give you a quote. We would love the opportunity for you to be able to rate us based on our service.

Joe reroofed our house and garage last year, and built us a new deck this year. He has always stuck to his quote. In instances where he noticed a fix or improvement that was in our best interest, he explained the pros and cons, how he would address this issue, and what additional costs there might be, if any. We can't think of any person that has provided construction services who was so thorough, friendly, and professional. He's coming back this later this year to resurface the deck, and it looks so good now, we can't wait to see it once that work is done.

Joe and his crew did an excellent THOROUGH job replacing two layers of shingles and two skylights. Our home on Lakeshore Dr looks fabulous! Highly recommend.
