I needed roof repair after I saw water stains on my ceiling following a rainstorm. I contacted a few roofing contractors, and Zachary was very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They came out to my property in G Burlingame the next morning to inspect the roof, check the leak, and give me a free estimate. They clearly explained the roofing repairs that were needed, including the damaged area, the expected timeline, and how the work would protect my home from future leaks. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. They also cleaned up thoroughly when the project was finished, with no debris left around the property. I am very pleased with the roof repair service and glad I chose them for the job. It also gives me peace of mind knowing their workmanship is backed by a warranty.

This roofing company is truly one of a kind. They responded fast, came out to inspect the roof, and handled the roof replacement at a very fair price. The crew was careful and professional the whole time. After removing the old shingles, they walked the full yard around the house to check for nails and debris so nothing would harm the grass, landscaping, or mower. I was even more impressed when we called later about a roof leak. Roger arrived ready to handle whatever repair was needed, and he made time to come out on a Saturday evening because rain was on the way and he wanted to make sure the roof was sealed and protected before the weather moved in. It turned out a vent cap had been blown off during high winds, and he fixed it quickly without any hassle. As a homeowner, I have worked with many contractors over time, and very few stand out enough for me to leave feedback. This roofing team really does. They communicate well, show real respect for their customers, and take pride in their roofing work. It is refreshing to find a roofer in G Burlingame that is dependable, skilled, neat, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

During a very bad windstorm, a tree from next door damaged our roof, so my wife and i started looking for a roofer just like anyone else would. We checked reviews and kept seeing company: Burlingame Roof Repair near the top. We set up an appointment, and they sent roger out to inspect the damage. roger was easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and he explained the whole roof repair and replacement process in simple terms. He also gave us a list of past customers to call, including people who had smooth jobs and people who had a few issues along the way. That meant a lot because it showed they were honest about the work and stood behind their roofing service. After speaking with those customers, we felt even better. Even the people who had a few concerns said everything was handled well and that the team kept working until it was made right. That gave us confidence moving forward with the insurance claim for the roof replacement. Once everything was approved, we were given a start date and the roofing crew arrived on time and got right to work removing the old roofing material and replacing damaged roof decking and OSB where needed. The crew worked fast and carefully, and the whole project moved along smoothly. There was one small accident inside, but it was handled in a very professional way. We got a call from zachary, the project manager, who let us know they were already aware of it and would send someone out quickly to take care of it. camden came by and repaired the ceiling so well you would never know anything had happened. He was skilled, respectful, and easy to work with. The full roof replacement took about a week, and we are extremely happy with the final result. my wife and i are excited every time we pull into the driveway because the new roof really changed the look of the house. It also seems to help keep the home cooler during warm days, which is a big plus. The shingles, cleanup, communication, and overall workmanship all stood out. Even when there were

I’ve hired Burlingame Roof Repair for three different home exterior projects, including roof work on two houses and a siding-related repair. Each time, the workmanship was excellent and the crew was professional, skilled, and clearly experienced with roofing systems, flashing, and related repairs. On one project, a small section of flashing came loose after strong wind, and when I called, Zachary quickly arranged for the team to come back and secure it at no charge. The repair was handled fast, and everything has held up well since then. They were easy to work with, communicated clearly, kept the job site organized, and offered fair pricing. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in G Burlingame looking for dependable roof repair and quality exterior work.

We had a great experience with Burlingame Roof Repair from start to finish. Dale was very helpful and explained the roofing work in simple terms. The whole crew kept us updated well, showed up on time each day, and did a careful cleanup before leaving. The owner was on site often and was always ready to answer our questions about the new roof, gutters, and exterior siding work. We were especially concerned about loose nails and debris because we have dogs, but the crew was very thorough every day and kept the area safe and tidy. The finished roof looks excellent, the gutters were installed cleanly, and the siding work really improved the look of our home. The workmanship feels solid and well done, and it is clear the team takes pride in quality roofing and exterior work. I highly recommend them for professional service, strong communication, and dependable results.
