  Chad B. and his crew are amateurs. I don't know how they got all these good reviews. Do not trust them. They do give the best price, but you will get what you paid for.

  Chadi came to fix our chimney because the cover came loose and it flipped over due to recent strong winds. Just a few loose screws that needed to be reattached, but he still showed patience and lots of care coming back to our residence. He is always extremely kind! He also did our roof a few years ago and it has remained perfect! He and his team are always quick yet detailed and treats his clients with the utmost care. I recommend him to anyone wanting quality service here in the lehigh valley :) His prices are also really great and affordable. My family and I are very happy.

  Honest, efficient, and fantastic cost! Being a neighbor, Chad the owner stopped by just to talk. We told him we were in need of a new roof and he immediately said he would take care of it. After having gotten 5 estimates he was the lowest. His crew completed the roof in less than a day and they used the latest technology to improve ventilation. We thanked Chad for the great work and he thanked us back and said "I want our neighborhood to look nice." This is a company that treats you like family and it shows through their owner. We already have him in line to take care of the roofs on our other properties and we highly recommend him and his crew!

  Chad, Joe, Christian and crew did a wonderful job installing our new roof. They were excellent with clean up and respecting our property. They were on time, worked hard and provided quality workmanship. We would definitely use them in the future.

  Chad has helped me twice in a span of 3 years and gone above and beyond for us. The seller of our home first had him replacing the roof because of storm damage and then we had a major internal water damage throughout our home and he helped us tremendously with everything and also helped me save tremendous money. Because we had not owned the home a long time we were in a pinch and he was a huge blessing. He also helped 2 of our neighbors who both said he went above & beyond for them as well.

  If you’re looking for honest pricing and quality work, go with Builders & Management Plus. They gave me the best price by far on my roof and gutters and didn’t try to add unnecessary costs like other companies. The job was completed in one day, and the cleanup was spotless—better than before they started. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and always responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone for roofing, gutters, or any home improvement project.

  Our family recently experienced a fire that destroyed the entire rear of our home. After reviewing multiple contractors I selected Builders & Management Plus, LLC for a number of reasons, including; 1.) a detailed assessment of the damage that included a quote that broke out and clearly explained the work to be performed in each of the project areas (new windows, new siding, new gutters, painting, etc.), 2.) fair and flexible pricing that beat all other competitors, 3.) timely communication with excellent follow up that clearly answered my questions regarding my options, timelines, etc., 4.) relatively quick turnaround given the scope of the project and the materials that needed to be ordered. From Andrew who handled the assessment and quoting in a very personable and friendly manner, to Joe who did a great job project managing the crews while work was under way, to the crews who showed up ready to work no matter the rainy/windy conditions and kept a clean and organized job site, to Jose' who showed up on a Saturday and a Sunday to ensure that the interior painting was completed and looking good, to Chad who followed up with me personally a number of times throughout the project to make certain that his team was doing a good job...thank you for a job well done!   Top notch service from beginning to end. Got a quote right away, the price was more than fair, and they came out to do the repairs on my roof very fast. They noticed an area that I fixed myself years ago and it was the wrong color, they fixed that as well. Not only was it repaired professionally, they also made sure it was more secure and sealed better than it was before. Communication was smooth and easy.
