  They did a great job fixing the roof leaks around my skylights. During the inspection, they carefully checked the water coming in near the skylight areas and explained that the skylights themselves were still in good shape. They were honest and let me know the real problem was the roofing seal and flashing around the skylights, not the units. The repair work was completed well, and since then I have not had any more leaks from the roof or around the skylights. The crew was professional, clear in their communication, and focused on the right roofing solution instead of suggesting unnecessary replacement. I will definitely call them again when it is time for a full roof replacement or if any other roofing issues come up.

  We reached out to several roofing contractors about replacing our skylight and updating some exterior siding, but most never got back to us. Bright Shield responded quickly, and Dillon came out to inspect the roof area, discuss the skylight replacement, and provide a clear quote. He was friendly, easy to talk with, and clearly knew roofing and exterior work very well. While going over the skylight project, we also asked about siding since we had been considering that work too. Dillon was very helpful and walked us through practical options that fit our budget. Throughout the estimate process, he answered every question, updated the quote when needed, and even showed us 3D images so we could better picture how the roofline, skylight, and siding would look together. Now that the skylight replacement and siding work are complete, we are very pleased with the results. The new skylight looks great, the exterior has a fresh clean appearance, and the whole process felt organized and smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how easy it was to make decisions on a larger exterior project. We would definitely recommend them for roofing, skylight, and other exterior home improvements.
