  Braswell Construction Group was hired to remove and replace the existing roof on this property. During the installation, a suspected roofing nail went through the copper HVAC line. Upon, further review, the HVAC line was not installed up to code and was placed directly under the roofing deck, touching the OSB decking. The homeowner informed us of the problem the following day and had an HVAC company come out and diagnose the issue. Upon receiving the video of the damaged pipe, we instructed the homeowner to contact their insurance company and to explain to them that the HVAC line was not installed up to code. I also spoke to the homeowner and offered my services to help navigate the insurance process to make sure the correct repairs were made at no fault or obligation to the homeowner. That was the last correspondence I had with the homeowner regarding this issue. Fast forward two weeks and I had a voicemail from the insurance adjuster stating that they had my crew scheduled to come out on a Monday morning and cut a hole in this homeowners brand new roof so the HVAC guys can fix the hole in the pipe. This was the first that I heard of my guys being scheduled, as I did not schedule them for this repair. I immediately called the insurance adjuster back and left a voicemail informing them, that I did not have my guys on schedule and that we felt there was a better alternative than cutting a hole in a brand new roof. We suggested the HVAC company cut the pipe and re-route the pipe and bring the system up to code. The contract you are referring to that Brian asked you to sign was not a document relinquishing any fault (although, BCG is not at fault due to the HVAC system not being installed properly), it was a contract for repairs for your insurance company to reimburse you. We don't do any work without a contract, which was relayed to you and another reason our crew was never scheduled. I did get in touch with your insurance adjuster and come to find out they

  I needed work done on my bathroom Braswell Construction came out looked at it and was supposed to get back with me on an estimate. I have never heard from them again

  Mr. White, I'm very sorry that you had a negative experience with our team. I tried to call and explain to you again this morning but you hung up on me. As you recall, on September 12th you called asking for a quote. A BCG representative met you out at your property on Friday the 13th and did the initial inspection. On Thursday, September 19th (4 business days after initial inspection) you called into the office inquiring about how long a proposal usually takes. I explained to you that typically with remodels, it can take up to a week to two weeks in order to get all of the trades priced out so that we can offer the best price for each project. At that time, you explained to me that you no longer were in need of a quote because that time line was unacceptable to you and that you no longer wanted to work with us. I then explained all of this to my representative and he stopped working on your project. I have text message confirmations that proves this time line of events from the initial office call to the cancellation call. We ask any one reading this negative review, to research all of Mr. White's other negative reviews about local business and to make your own judgment call.

  My husband and I have not had to replace a new roof for over 20 years, so the task was somewhat tedious. The company's representative tried to make it as easy as possible from the beginning to the end. All was handled very professionally, and the job was completed in one day (even tho' a long day)! I would certainly recommend this company in the future.

  Professional at every level. Chris and his team were patient with me for close to a year as I was haggling with Insurance company. In the end I chose Braswell. Could not be happier with results despite unforeseen damages to the underlying material.

  During an inspection while selling my home in Conyers, it was noted there were damaged shingles on my home. Brian from Braswell Construction Group was recommended to inspect the roof for any repairs that were needed. He completed a thorough review of the roof and recommended that I file a claim with my insurance company as there were signs of wind and hail damage. He assisted with the claim and even met the adjuster to ensure the claim was properly documented and approved. The roof was completed on time and the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend Braswell Construction Group if you are in need of a new roof.

  I had an excellent experience working with Brian at Braswell Roofing. From start to finish, his response times were quick and communication was clear, which really set the tone for the whole project. Brian’s expert knowledge gave me confidence that I was making the right decisions, and his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The quality of the work was top-notch—everything was done right the first time and with real attention to detail. What really stood out to me was the extra effort Brian and his team put in to make the process smooth.
