  I set up an appointment for an estimate. I waited for 30 minutes and the guy never showed up. That was after a text message with his arrival time.

We have implemented a new system where our inspectors have a managed schedule and are no longer trying to make appointments and calls and scheduling everything themselves. We would love to have a chance at your business again in the future.

  So this company may be looking up public record info, stating they did work in an area, and just lying about it for advertising. Feels pretty scummy overall. Can't recommend because of that and want everyone to know they are in some way shape or form falsly saying they've done work when they haven't.

  I've had my beatutiful new roof for about a year now and I still LOVE IT! My roof was 24 years old and I had lost a few shingles in high winds, so i needed a roof quickly, plus they fixed some pre-existing water damage problems, and I now have new gutters that actually work! Eli and the whole team of Branson Springfield Roof Company was so helpful and also provided financing which REALLY helped! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ALL THESE GREAT PEOPLE! THANK YOU BRANSON SPRINGFIELD ROOF CO.!

  I called the middle of May to have Garrison Roofing come give me an estimate for some storm damage I had received in the April storms. They scheduled to come out and give me an estimate on my roof about 10 days from the day I called. Jeremy came out and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and explained what would need to be done. Once we accepted the offer they put us on the schedule about a month out. The material arrived the day that they told me that it would arrive. Austin was the supervisor who supervised the roof install. They arrived the morning that they had scheduled with me. The roof was put on in about half a day and the next day the gutter crew arrived to put on my guttering. Everybody has been very professional and courteous with my time and my property.
