If you’re wondering why you’ve been getting so many spam calls from roofing companies lately, this might be one of the reasons. I’m sure they do quality work, but the way they generate leads borders on harassment. Cold calling and door knocking just isn’t the right approach, in my opinion. Put up a billboard, sponsor the local high school football team, get involved in the community, focus on word-of-mouth and referrals, but don’t rely on third-party services to flood people with unsolicited calls. I spoke with the owner, and he mentioned they use a service that’s supposed to call each person only once. But that’s simply not what happens. These services operate through a network of call centers, and they don’t track who’s already been contacted. So you might end up getting multiple calls from different numbers, all tied to the same campaign. I wish them the best and hope they realize that people don't want to be bothered by this.

I had a minor emergency compared to others, and they responded as if my issue was a major emergency. They made me feel as if I was the only problem they had to deal with. They were professional, communicated well, kept me up to speed as far as the process and my repair, and just went above and beyond. They never made excuses or condemned me for my small project. I cannot say enough positive things about Tim and his company. I would most definitely and highly recommend them. He has earned my trust and faith in his business. He has a wonderful work ethic, and so do his employees. My repair was handled with the utmost urgency and professionalism. Again they have exceeded, far exceeded, my expectations. His employee showed up, was respectful of my property, and got the job done before I knew it. If you have roofing needs, this is the company to call.

Tim was quick to reach out to us when our buildings had several bad, unexpected leaks. He personally located the source of the leaks and was quick to respond when a new issue arose. We can't thank him enough for walking us through that trauma.

Tim and his team are amazing. Tim showed up at 7AM on a Saturday after a storm to repair wind damage to the roof, and I called him at 9PM the night before. When it came time to replace the whole roof due to more storm damage, Tim was amazing to work with. He made everything easy on us during during a very trying time for us. Will definitely contract with Branded Roofing and Construction for any future roofing or renovation needs.
