  He did our house roof then took $1000 for materials for our carport roof and never got the work done and our materials back.

  very unprofession. was given $5000+. doesn’t communicate properly and i don’t believe he even ordered the material yet. he asked for more money yet has made zero progress. it’s been a month. can’t even explain himself. the address given aren’t even his company it’s to the post office. this if very stressful. go to someone else.

  Excellent experience! Brad was a dream to work with. During the initial appointment, he thoroughly inspected the attic and roof, explained the damage, and helped us schedule the repairs. Brad also assisted with the insurance adjuster, keeping the project moving. The roofing crew was prompt, professional, and left the area spotless. Our new roof looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Brads Roofing!

  I bought an older home with a leak behind the chimney and needed quick responses for repairs. John came highly recommended, and he delivered with timely, professional service. Excellent communication set Brads Roofing apart—they sent a detailed quote with photos and pricing before other roofers even measured. They scheduled me in quickly, and the work was top-notch.

  My roof started leaking around the chimney and vent outlets, and a friend recommended Brads Roofing. Brad responded quickly, provided a free onsite estimate, and offered fair pricing. The repair crew did an excellent job, even providing before-and-after photos. I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends.

  These guys are amazing! All the reviews are true. They were super responsive, used a drone to show me the water leak, and offered a very reasonable repair price. They scheduled me in quickly, and the work was done smoothly. Friendly, easy to work with—I’ll definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

  We are so fortunate to have found Brad to re-roof our rental property. Originally we only wanted several leaky areas to be fixed on the old roof, but Brad gave us a great quote for entire roof replacement and we couldn't say no to that. Once we signed the agreement Brad and his crew got to work and were finished in 2 days. Excellent workmanship, honest, and super dependable. We highly recommend Brad's Roofing.

  Brad's Roofing gave me an honest assessment of my roof’s condition, saying it likely has five more years of life. They also provided a detailed list of needed repairs with a very reasonable quote. I'm so glad I reached out to them and will definitely call them for a new roof when the time comes.
