It truly disappoints me that I have to leave a one star rating because I did have somewhat of a decent experience with my sales person. However, since day one it has been nothing but lack of communication and on organization on the company Behalf. The day my roof was repaired, halfway through the install I get a call, saying that there was some type of miscommunication and a Fortified roof was not being installed. After expressing that the only reason I decided to go with them was because of the price provided on the Fortified roof. They removed the regular Roof and install the fortified roof with a completion on the following day. Since then, it has been an uphill battle with getting them to repair the damage that they caused to my house in the process of repairing the roof. I have reached out on multiple occasions about someone repairing the damage. Someone showed up weeks later unannounced hammering, the panel back to the side, which is unrepairable since it's badly dented, in addition, it took them almost 2 weeks to remove the extra material out of my driveway even though they told me it would have only been a few days. And on top of that they have been continuously giving me the runaround in regards to the fortified certificate. It was only after I did my research on how the process works that someone magically contacted me about taking pictures of the inside of my home. Still till this day, I still have the damage and I do not have the certificate showing that the roof is fortified. really feel like it's more so about money because they're continuously communicating with the insurance company to exhaust the rest of the funds totaling over $20,000, but can't let me know when I can get my certificate and when they will be fixing my damage. I hope that this shines on the unprofessionalism the lack of communication and process and protocol around Fortification. If you're looking to get a fortify roof I would highly suggest going to a company that has been doing

Gulf Coast is a top-notch company. It starts with communication, which is frequent and informative. Mason and Tanner kept it touch to be sure of the date, and to clarify what needed to be done. Owners Joe and Wayne were both here to be sure there were no concerns. Kyle was the site manager, and he both managed and purchased needed supplies. 12 excellent roofers were at my house for 1&1/2 days. Not a simple job with a 9/12 pitch, and multiple slopes. They worked safely, using ropes. You could tell this crew was experienced by the way they did their tasks. They all knew where to go and what to do without supervision. They left the area spotless. The end result looks great, and the fortified roof should last for many years. I highly recommend Gulf Coast to you.

We hired Wayne to do a total roof replacement on our home in Slidell. They did an absolutely amazing job. Everything from communication, timing, and follow through was top notch professionalism and speaks to the type of guy Wayne is and the business under his care. Thanks so much Wayne and team!

Holy Cow, Wayne and his incredible team are miracle workers! I have a large home in Mandeville with an extremely complex roof line. I also had significant wood damage from several small leaks. The GCCR&R team showed up at first light on the day they promised, removed the old roof, performed the significant amount of carpentry required, and put on the new roof in a single day! I was shocked, and the new roof is just beautiful. I am stress free in a rainstorm for the first time in a while. These guys are THE professionals to use, hands down!

I urge you to contact Gulf Coast if you need to get a roof replaced. The work crew arrived early, ready to go, and finished on time. The owners were professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and on-site during the work. I would definitely contact them again for any roof- or construction-related projects in the future.

Gulf Coast Construction, Restoration, & Roofing did an excellent job on our new roof in Slidell. Joe and Gabe came out initially to give us a quote, and did an excellent job explaining our options. On the morning of the install, a crew of 16 workers showed up at 6:00 in the morning, and completed the job by 1:30! We have a pool, that was completely covered, as well as all the landscape adjacent to the house. Kyle, the project manager, was there all day to supervise and answer our questions, and Gabe was on-site at various times as well. We've never seen a roof job done that quickly and efficiently. Everyone from Gulf Coast, that we dealt with, was very personable and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Gulf Coast Construction was an absolute blessing that landed on our plate during a very difficult time. They were super knowledgeable and very detailed in their assessment of our claim. They explained everything in explicit detail and broke everything down in terms that made it very easy to understand and follow. There customer service was excellent, answered our questions and calls promptly. They were also very friendly and super pleasant to deal with. The work crew was one of the best I've seen, the roof was impeccable and done extremely fast and the clean up was extraordinary, leaving nothing for us behind to do. I wholeheartedly recommend Gulf Coast Construction for any of your roofing or construction needs!
