  Frist, Clay Adams is a very nice person and the company has good ratings. However, I was very disappointed in his follow-up, even after I texted him to ask him to resend his quote and quote a few other options. He did not even respond. I also spoke with my neighbor across the street about roofing because he had his roof done a few years ago. When I mentioned Crescent City Roofing he said he did not use them because Clay said they were going to come out on two separate occasions and never showed up. Here is the backstory to the above comment about him not calling me back. I was referred by my insurance agent who is a friend of Clay. So, I called him to come out to give me a quote. He initially said he couldn't come out that week because he was leaving to go on a vacation and would come back the following week. He unexpectedly showed up on Thursday, the day before he was leaving for vacation to do an inspection. Well, his inspection was climbing up on a ladder to look at my garage roof. He never got on the roof or any other part of my roof. He said without hesitation while looking at it that we had hail damage and he saw 10 spots without going any further. He said he was very sure the insurance company would pay for the roof. He gave me a very low quote and said that the insurance company will come back with a higher amount and I can use the different to pay my deductible. I said great, but I wanted him to come out and be at my house when the adjuster came. He said he would do that. Well, the adjuster had to cancel on the Friday and rescheduled the following Tuesday. Clay said he could not be there but he doesn't feel like he needs to be there because he was sure they would replace the roof. The other contractor I had a quote from wanted to be at our house when the inspector came because he knows how they are. Needless to say, the adjuster came and his report showed no damage and they rejected the claim. Clay came back out with his son to get on the entire roof to ins

  These guys were working on my neighbors roof and threw their trash in my yard.

Our crews cannot control the trash that gets blown around during a job, but they do make every effort to clean the job site and surrounding areas.   I called to get a quote to cut a hole in the roof and soffit and install a roofjack on a slate roof. I had other work to be done later. Guy told me he didn't want to deal with it and hung up.

  Brian - unfortunately some projects are not within our scope. We do not have electricians on staff and with the state of the wiring coming into the house we are unable to perform the requested work. Apologies we were disconnected as I was trying to explain an electrician would be required to coordinate the work. Good luck with your project.

  Used them a year ago and they did a good job on my leaky roof and did some extra work that showed was deteriorating. However I said I had some other repairs internal to the roof that I wanted to get a repair to but did nothing. I now have a second small intermittent leak. First appointment was no show and no call. Second time he showed but didn't get on the roof or bring a ladder and quoted to basically replace the roof. I asked for a quote on just what I asked for, Repair the leak but I'd take the quote for the whole roof to show a prospective buyer and recommend their company. He said he needed to come out again but was again a no show and no call. Since first phone call, this has taken 3 weeks.

  Called and they said they would be at my home between 1-3. Waited for them and they did NOT show! I called three times no answer!!!

  I am very impressed with Crescent City Roofing and their work. Dalton gave me a detailed estimate that was easy to understand. He was also very helpful with the entire fortifying process. The crew were very professional and the workmanship is great! I would highly recommend Crescent City Roofing to my friends, neighbors and anyone who needs a new roof!

  Crescent City Roofing and Construction did demo work and exterior renovations on a garage/shed for my mom. I recommend the company if you need any work done on your home for the following reasons: 1. Great communication 2. Timely work—kept to the proposed schedule and communicated when weather or conditions caused delays 3. Workers were respectful and arrived on time 4. Cost was reasonable and appropriate for quality work 5. Workers left the site clean and tidy We would hire again!

  Dalton, the salesman was very professional and I had estimates from three other roofers and I’m a retired guy and they all sent their estimates in the email. Well you know how many emails I get and yes I would store them but he also did that but left a hardcopy that was written out, and I looked at it every day I pass my desk I seen it, but he was honest and I think I didn’t feel that with the others was a very good price. Very happy with the job would recommend them anytime and I really mean that I had him a check for the job before it was done. The crew was very professional. They worked their butt off and did an excellent job. They replaced 17 sheet plywood all top line material. And you should look at the The Owens Corning shingle that they will use versus the tampo The other companies want to use that that’s a big plus

  We just had new gutters put on. They look great. Last month they installed a new fortified roof. It was a real pleasure to work with this company. Their crews were amazing. All that and a new cost of dark blue paint, the house looks completely different

  Dalton at Crescent City Roofing was very helpful when we needed our roof replaced after a storm . Even though many other people needed their services, the work was done quickly and professionally. Later another wind storm did minor damage. Dalton stood behind the original job and quickly repaired the small section at no charge!
