My wife, Karen, and I hired Bradley Construction in September, 2025 to repair damages to the roofing of our older, two story home and attached garage. Shingles were removed/replaced, decking removed/replaced where needed, window framing and siding replacement was required from water damage. This was not an easy fix and required careful planning, layout and design. Sam, Joe and their crew did an awesome job! They fixed our major problems right, quickly and were very reasonable with pricing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Everything was cleaned up nicely when completed! They were very punctual, dependable and easy to work with. We cannot say enough good things about this company!

I can't say enough nice things about Bradley Roofing & Construction. We had our house sided with Hardy-Plank a few years ago by the Bradley's so we were already familiar with their quality work and attention to detail. Most recently, I called Mr. Bradley about some roof damage from a severe wind storm that had went through the area. He was onsite the next day to assess the damage. It was an older roof, so it ended up in need of replacement. He helped coordinate the claim with insurance, pointing out specific damages that I would not have known to look for. My wife and I picked out the type and color roof we wanted and within about a week (after protecting the most troubled areas that 1st day) they were onsite to install our new roof. In a single day they had the old roof tore off and the new one installed. They were careful to protect shrubs, outdoor furniture, etc. and performed a thorough cleanup when finished. They even roofed our doghouse to match. Their pricing is very competitive and you could not ask for a friendlier group. I highly recommend Bradley Roofing & Construction. Sincerely, Rick Sparks
