Contacted them for an estimate on a repair. It's been over 2 weeks and we still have not heard back with the estimate. Not that we'd trust them to actually do the work now since they're unresponsive.

Mediocre work and execution, and poor communication. If you want someone who does not listen, ignores the details, and does not really care about providing top-notch work, this is the roofing company for you. If I could do it again, I would absolutely go with someone else.

Had an estimator come to my house last Wednesday and I was told I would receive an estimate the next day, I still haven't even though I called on Friday and was told I would receive it today I guess they don't need the business

The work is not finished but just the first day I'm very disappointed with how they are treating my yard!!!

Signed a contract with them and was told 3 weeks. 2 months later we called and weren't even on the schedule. Owner said we would need a new contract, came out and said he'd get back in a day. Completely blew us off.

Just called Bowles to get an estimate for re-roof and was told they really are not taking on any new work. I guess my neighbor got lucky as he is getting his done today. Only gave one star just to post this review otherwise it would be -5.

Their (or their subcontractor's) equipment caused substantial damage to the newly paved streets in our subdivision. When informed about it, they made every effort to duck responsibility and blamed the damage on everything else but their negligence.

Seems to only respond to good reviews. Bad news travels 10 times faster than bad.

Having owned many houses in my life time and dealing with a multitude of contractors and roofers, Bowles Roofing is #1 for me. Matt arrived this morning to quote wind damage repair on some shingles and repair/replace some loose screws on the ridge vents. Everything worked out great with the quote and Matt was actually able to perform all of the work immediately. He didn't need to schedule us for some future date - this level of service was totally unexpected. Matt completed all of the work and even gave the roof a very professional "once over" to ensure there were no other issues. He said everything looked good and the roof was in great shape - it's 14 years into a 30 year roof. No high pressure sales, no fictitious photos (as I've seen from other roofers), just come in and do the job right! Very professional presentation in company shirt as well. Future repairs and when the time comes for a new roof, Bowles Roofing will be my #1 go to!! Also, love the wrap on the truck!! Thank you for everything Matt!!

Great company, friendly and courteous staff. They tore the old roof and replaced it the same day even though they had to stop halfway through due to heavy rain. Highly recommended. Very satisfied!

Chase came out gave me quote. On time, explained everything that needed to be done and how they were going to do it. The crew showed up on time 8:00am on a Monday morning and had the old roof off by 11:00am and the new roof and two new …

The crew showed up when they indicated they would be there and were very professional. They completed the whole job in one day and did a very good job on the roof and also of cleaning up afterwards. The price was right where I was hoping it would be. Chris, the sales rep was great. This is the second roof that I have had Bowles replace for me on our houses and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We had two leaks on our roof and were a few months past the five year warranty period. Bowles roofing made many visits to our house to do repairs over a one month period. Everyone was great and professional, the leaks were repaired and Bowles roofing honored the warranty in spite of being a few months over!
