  Had an estimate done and four weeks later haven't heard anything. Called the guy told me he was just to busy to get the estimate done with roofing and his siding jobs just get pushed back and he just makes more money on roofing and told me to go with the other guys I had an estimate done by.

  We knew one day we would get a bad review for not being as quick as we were a year ago. It's the growing pains we will have to suffer from this one-star review. We are a small company that does our work correctly, not the quick and easy way. Our other google reviews can speak volumes on our actual work. Sorry you were not satisfied with us. :-(

  Mr. Borntrager recently fixed a leaking vent box on our roof, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his work. He is very knowledgeable about roof repair and explained the process in detail, keeping us well-informed about his schedule. His dedication to quality was evident throughout the process. Without a doubt, he’s the best roofer in town!

  Eddie and his crew are amazing. He checked in every couple of days to update me on the progress and explained what he was doing. He even had a conversation with my insurance adjuster to try to convince him that his assessment was not accurate. I would recommend Borntrager Exteriors to anyone.

  When my roof started leaking I had no idea where to start. I was so impressed with Eddie's knowledge and he and his crews' workmanship! I would absolutely encourage you to reach out for an estimate. This was an easy 5 stars to give!

  We had a great experience with Borntrager Exterior Repairs. They were professional, prompt and worked efficiently. Our yard was left in the same condition as it was when they started working on our roof. Eddie and his employees did an excellent job.

  Borntrager redone our roof several years ago, and recently my wife's mom's house. They do very good work, and are very professional, courteous and on time. They also are very good about leaving the yard clean of any debris! I would recommend them anytime.

  Borntrager was absolutely fantastic to work with. They redid the roof on my house, garage, and laundry room. They installed new gutters, fixed all the flashing. The team was patient, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. They worked with me on concerns about my shared driveway and made time to chat with my neighbors who were concerned about stray nails in the driveway. I couldn't be happier!

  Eddie Borntrager appeared to have extensive knowledge about the many aspects and considerations in re-roofing our house, including proper construction materials and techniques and the circulation of air through our attic. He and his crew were polite and courteous. Most importantly Eddie takes pride in his work. He did an excellent job for us.
