  I had a horrible experience. My experience started with a repair that occurred prior that was given a 90 day warranty. I went through that process and trusted that everything had been done correctly. Later own I started to experience other issues, damage to my home as a result of poorly repaired roof. I now have damages of over $7,000 as a result of poorly repaired roof.The area that I thought was repaired was not repaired. It took a while to even notice because we had not been getting that much rain until enough damage was done. The gentlemen who came out said he was surprised my ceiling vents were cracked since they usually have a lifespan of 35 years. In my mind I was thinking why weren't they replaced when you guys repaired my roof the last time. Especially since I was being told they were the source of my leak all along. I followed with them for a quote on how much it would cost to repair they told me they would get back to me. Eventually they just told me there were too much repairs and this at they could only give me a quote for a reroof weeks later.

  We provide 60 to 90 day warranties on all repairs as every other roofing company in Florida. Your repair was completed 2 years ago. When a roof is in very poor condition we do not want to waste your money or our time trying to patch something that will not be reliable. You had your roof installed in 2016 by a sub par Roofing company and now they are out of business. We are very sorry for that. Several areas are installed incorrectly and you have multiple areas with stained and rotted decking. I suggest you move in a direction going after the company that installed this roof that should still have 2 years of warranty. Blaming us for poor installation of your roof is unprofessional and immoral. We are a local family owned business that prides ourselves in taking care of the little man. We have been in business for over 40 years. Accusations like this are the reason people get confused on who to use and end up in situations like you are in now. We wish you the best of luck with getting these repairs done but we are not in the business of doing things the improper way.

  They did our roof and did not ever fix around the vent like they were suppose to. It leaked. We had to fix it ourselves. Called for an estimate on roofing our shed. They came and took measurements but never got back with us. If they didn’t want to do the job, they should have just said so. I also asked about a large dark spot on our roof (it’s still under warranty) and I was told to get up there and try washing it good first. I am 68 years old. I don’t think I need to be climbing up on a roof. I definately would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional and don’t care about the job they do.

  Their shoddy installation and inspection resulted in leak after leak from a brand new roof, yet they refused to stand behind their work to correct the problems. Stay away from them. Companies like this don't deserve to exist.

  Our front porch needed replaced and our landlord hired these “roofers.” They were suppose to begin work at 8am so I left home before they arrived and worked a 11hr shift. After working all day, this is what I returned to. I tripped over a tool bag full of nails because it was left on the walkway. After I made my way inside I came back out to move as much debris and trip hazards from the walk way as possible. Further inspection they destroyed one of my banana trees and the other is simply missing. Not sure if it was stolen or thrown away. This is completely unprofessional and the incompetence is appalling.

  We are very sorry for any inconvenience. The owner was aware and a contract was signed knowingly that we could not get the trailer to the building like we normally can. When that is the case we must put material on tarps and drag it all to the road. Definitely a mess however Owner was 100% aware of what the job required. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience and wish we could have spoke with you prior to the project. We have no contact info for any tenants unless Owner provides us with something.

  We appreciate your attempt to come through with your threats to "Bash us all over the internet". However We both know you signed a contract the first week of November with another (Cheaper) roofing company without calling or notifying our office. Fortunately all of our calls and emails are saved in our data base to ensure proper customer service. As you are aware all local permits and NOC's are available to the public so its very easy to access any permits pulled by any contractors. Our Proposal states to contact our office anytime about scheduling or payments. We have not received one single call from you. I personally called you to start job tomorrow and you said you no longer wanted a roof. After I informed you that We were aware you were having another company do it and that you were liable for a cancelation charge for the permits pulled on your property I was screamed at for 15 minutes straight. Our contract states in very large writing right at the top to contact office with any scheduling or payment issues. Again we have not received one single call. Im very sorry for you frustration and would have been happy to try and help, However being cussed out and threatened requires me to just save face and stick to out policies. We have a great reputation and put our customers first doing everything possible to satisfy them. This could have all been avoided with one simple phone call that was never made.

  We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We have been under all new management for the last 4 years and worked very hard to improve customer service. With that being said, You should have had warranty for 5 to 10 years and could have called anytime to address any concerns or issues and it would have immediately sent someone to come. At this point we no records of anyone calling or reaching out to us at all for a warranty claim. This is the first we have heard on the issue in 9 years.

  We are Extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure where communication was lost however I would love to make it up to you. Jose is one of our crew members however he does not do any of our scheduling, sales calls or participate in any type of customer service. He has no business cards or phone through our company. I have had a meeting with the office staff and still cannot find closure on how we missed you. All calls enter directly into our Data base and we show nothing for you.   Excellent service! Quote was reasonable and lowest bid of 5 companies, even with having to replace over half the underlayment sheets of plywood when ripping old roof off - final price still came in under most other bids. Covered our porches front and back before ripping off roof - did a great job with cleanup leaving no debris in yard or on porches. Excellent work, great communication, no problems on work days. Timed everything with the job perfectly with the weather amid our frequent afternoon storms. Would highly recommend!

  We selected Bob McKeithen & Sons to replace our roof on recommendation from a friend and we are very satisfied with their job. The price was fair, the crew arrived on time, completed a quality work efficiently in one day and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The workers were professional and polite, Buck and Candice were responsive to our needs and questions and easy to work with. We had a very good overall experience with this company and we highly recommend Bob McKeithen & Sons to anyone in need of roofing service.

  McKeithen and Sons was great from the beginning. First coming over and providing a quote, Buck answered all our questions. We were on a tight timeline and they were able to accommodate us. Then signing the agreement they provided a detailed cost of all expenses and of any extras that might be necessary. They completed the job quickly in less than two days and cleaned everything up each day. Payment was easy and they did it quickly for us. I highly recommend them.

  I watched them re-roof my neighbors house down here on the coast. I know a bit about roofing and those guys did a great job. Everything was super organized and very clean when they left. I was very impressed with their work. He’s got a good team from what I saw.

  From the beginning, getting a quote, to the very end of this job, EVERYONE was super helpful, professional, knowledgeable! The workers that did the installation were very neat & cleaned up each day before they left our home. It was a great experience working with McKeithen Roofing!
