Terrible contractor STAY AWAY. Had a roof, new gutters and the top of my chimney replaced three years ago. When the shingles were installed, the ridge lines were crooked, the edges were inconsistent and I still have small cut pieces that are still hanging from the edges. They got tar all over my deck and windows. I still find 4-5 roofing nails in my yard every month three years later. The new roof created two leaks in my attic that have never been fixed. The gutters are worthless, water pours over the edges every time it rains. There is no consistency to the height of the down spouts, some are actually on the ground and some are a foot above the ground and most look like they were cut with a dull pair of scissors. The sub who installed used multiple colors of gutter parts, spray painting the ones that didn't match (now the paint is coming off). Even more, water now drips down the inside of my chimney when it rains which it didn't do before BME replaced the wood at the top of the chimney. I have called multiple times with no response from the company. Their lifetime warranty is BS. BEWARE

Gave these guys a shot after my wife flagged them down to get a tarp on our roof. Outstanding service and transparent through the process. Never wondered if i would get a reply back. Justin and his crews were mindful of our needs and met my high expectations.

The team was timely and incredibly thorough, which made the entire process smooth and stress‑free (as much as it can be). Their work and customer service was great. If and when the weather gets me again this is who I am calling.

BME Ryan and Kaylah were very responsive. Gave me a great price and my insurance accepted. They went beyond the call of duty. Finished in one day and cleaned up. Then returned to fix a few extra items they found once my insurance agreed. I love the result.

They put a Veritile roof on our house right before we purchased it. They have done well supporting it.
