  Distracted driver/owner in a blue livery truck with company logos and his personal phone number on the back ignored traffic lights and went straight through a red light cutting off another car in the intersection. The owner answered the phone while still driving and seemed to not care about being told what he had done.

  I’m not too sure what this is about. I am the owner and I do not receive incoming calls for the business. The company has its own phone number that is on the trucks, so we never spoke.

  They sent someone out promptly to measure for new metal roofing. The square footage they quoted was more than double 2 other bids. When I tried to inquire, Thomas didn’t return my call or emails. Finally I left a message for the woman who had scheduled my initial appointment who simply replied they wouldn’t be able to do the job. No explanation. It was shady. I wouldn’t consider them for any work after that.

  I had a tile blow off during a storm. Other roofers said I needed a whole new roof because underlayment was old. Monte came out and told me my underlayment had been replaced several years ago and I didn't need a new roof right now. He fixed the tile and saved me a ton of money. He did give me a quote for a new roof which is quite a bit cheaper than the other ones I got. When I do need the roof work done I will definitely hire them for the job! A very honest company!

  I highly recommend Blue Mountain Roofing, Excellent Company!! Monti came out gave me a quote and worked with my schedule and came after hours. I had a new roof within 3 days for our first meeting. Roof done in one day and you couldn't even tell they were there. After completion I discovered the exhaust fan wasn't working, I called Monte and returned the next moring (again accomadating my schedule). The fan probably as old as my home so wasn't really a big deal and I told him that. He insisted he would fix it He made another trip and fixes. Monte goes above and beyond for his customer's . Five Stars for customer service as well as final product.

  Excellent workmanship and a great price. The crews were very careful in cleaning up the debris during their project. Highly recommend. Joey was very good at documenting with pictures the damage found on the roof and photos of their repair work done during the weeklong process.

  The excellence in every way was so impressive, from the original assessment and estimate informing, explaining details, through all the precise details involved with removing the old roof and installing a new metal roof in a very professional way. All workers were courteous, worked hard and cleaned up each day. I highly recommend them. Sheryl North

  After getting several bids in June of 2024, we chose Blue Mountain to replace the underlayment of our roof and do a few small repairs. They were great to work with—the price was fair, their crew got the work done quickly, and the clean up was thorough. The roof has been problem free since then. That might have been the end of the story, except Mother Nature unleashed a huge microburst of wind on our house last week. The wind came out of nowhere, was loud, and it shook the house. The photo shows the damage. We called Blue Mountain to have them come out and initially they said they were booked up, but had us send the photo to Monte. He came immediately, on a Friday night, after his workday was done to evaluate the damage and stabilize the area so there’d be no further damage. He returned to fix the damage this week. Monte is one of those guys who cares about the work he does and the people he interacts with. That kind of customer service used to be common, but it’s rare these days. We highly recommend Blue Mountain when your roof needs attention!

We are a local family business, and I grew up with Monte as well as Mark, who is in the office typically. Jesse is my son who was out there with Monte. Monte is very sincere and an excellent example of having someone that cares about what they are doing. He pushed to have you guys get done ahead, due to the urgent situation, by going and working on the roof himself to make it possible. It is not his typical role, but we needed to get the job done in lieu of the weather! Thanks again we appreciate the business!

  This was a three day project Cleaning and repair of a previous companies shoddy work and resurfacing roofs of a two story townhome. Devonte did all the work himself and the final project was outstanding. He was on time and completed the three day job within the time that was agree upon. Devonte went above and beyond in the service rendered even prepping our back patio to protected it from any debris that might fall from the roofs. He took time to explain what his objective was for the day and gave us a detailed report at end of each day. Blue Mountain Roofing gave us outstanding customer service both by phone and in person. The Supervisior Monte Hiser was always available to answer questions and explain services rendered. He took photos both before to show us what needed to be done and after so we could see the completed projects. We would recommend this company for their outstanding customer service and work ethic

He is actually the foreman of a crew that does multiple types of roofing, and he does not typically work alone. We are a family business and he has become part of the family.
