BC American Roofing did a full reroof for us in March 2024, and we had leaks within months. Each “repair” made things worse—stucco damage, sloppy flashing, and repeated leaks. Poor workmanship and zero accountability—avoid this company. …

Pearlita, I am sorry you feel that way. But, when you refuse to let us come out and instead threaten legal action, there is nothing else I can do. I explained the stucco issue to your husband as soon as the roof was replaced. This could have been corrected in 2024. If you’d like to email me this independent inspectors “findings”, and they are within my scope of work, I will honor our warranty. If you’d rather just slander me online, I will just continue to make the rest of my customers happy.

Andrew and team came to do a roof repair estimate, was prompt early and responsive. He was able to get to the repair almost instantly. Problems occurred with repair work. We had issues finding the leaks and he was responsive to come back and try to fix. Leaks persisted and seams are already bubbling, ripping, discoloring, and not sticking after one month of repairs. Will now need to go down the route of replacing Andrew’s work. Nothing against Andrew but caused more headache and problems when repairing, which now cause more money to be spend on repair. Would not hire again.

As a roofer myself, I am very picky about who I let work on my property. The crew showed up on time, kept the yard clean and finished quickly. The price was by far the best too. Thank you!!!!

BCAR was incredible to work with. I am building a new construction home for my personal residence. Andrew Chebator is extremely knowledgeable and cares about his clients. From start to finish he is there to make sure everything goes smoothly and to make sure you are happy. He has also helped my clients with roof repairs and re roofs. I highly recommend him and you should search no further he is the one!

I had an excellent experience with BC American Roofing LLC from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Tyler Garris and Andrew Chebator did an awesome job — they were knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. The quality of the work was outstanding, the process was smooth, and they took the time to answer all my questions and keep me informed throughout the project. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend BC American Roofing LLC to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work.

BC American replaced the roof on my mom's house and a neighbor's house, and both were pleased with the quality of work. But, I always go into a project of this size (roof replacement) with some caution and skepticism. Tyler, Joy and Andrew were very responsive when I contacted BC American for possible roof replacement. The process of selecting a new roof product, the contract for services, scheduling, etc.. all went seamlessly. BC American completed the work on schedule and on budget. They were very professional throughout the process. We had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.
