  I want to bring to your attention all the lies and misrepresentation that I have experienced from Jacob and Brandon. At first, just to get my business, they offered Class 4 shingles at a good price, including new gutters. When I inspected the details, I found that Class 4 weren't even available in the specific brand and name that they quoted (IKO Cambridge). Now, its been over 2 weeks since they have promised gutters, but they keep cancelling the installation, at first, claiming that it was only partial gutters they agreed to. Luckily, I have everything in writing. I would never trust anything they tell me, as you will be at their mercy for being cheated. Update: They responded saying a balance is due, but this is only due AFTER they complete gutter installation, based both on verbal agreement by Brandon and email agreement by Jake. They have already been paid most of the payment on the entire project. I hold my review at 1 star, for the lying and misrepresentation.

As outlined in the agreement, the roofing portion of the project has been completed, and the remaining balance is still outstanding. We’ve communicated that any additional work, including gutters, will be scheduled once the account is brought current.   Great experience working with Blackbelt Roofing. Communication was strong the entire time and they made sure I understood exactly what was being done and why.   I was actually amazed at how efficient they were, they told me they would be done in a day and I was somewhat skeptical. So they showed up at dawn and removed the old roof and by noon the mess was cleaned up spotless and the new roof was going on, very professional and a quality install and they were done and gone by 6:00 that evening. Needless to say , I was very impressed! I would definitely recommend them if you’re in need of a roof or repair!

  I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
