  We have used Black roofing for decades and always received excellent service. However, we had some work done July 15 which left us with a very toxic odor in our home, made worse by using air conditioning. We have called and left messages on the emergency number twice and have received no response. We also left messages twice on the regular voicemail. Again, no response. So in this high heat, we cannot use our air conditioner and still have the toxic odor.

  There are much better roofing companies in boulder. These people really nickel and dime you. Poor job on roof shingle repair. when we got our bill it was double what they quoted. Be very careful with this company.

The timing of the invoice and the initial billing error did not reflect the level of service we expect to provide our customers. After you contacted us, our team reviewed the work order and confirmed that the time reported by the technicians was inaccurate. We immediately voided the original invoice, issued a corrected invoice reflecting the actual time on site. We also addressed the issue internally and those technicians are no longer with our company. While we regret that this situation occurred, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we could correct it. Black Roofing & Waterproofing has served Boulder and the Front Range since 1975, and we remain committed to honest communication, quality workmanship, and fair billing for every customer.   Everyone employee was prompt, friendly and helpful. They were very helpful interfacing with my insurance provider. My new roof looks great. I highly recommend them!

  We have had an incredible experience with Black Roofing. And I say this after we had a slight problem that had to be fixed almost two years after the installation of the roof. Jason and David jumped on it and made the repairs and inspection with no question or hassle of negotiation. They stand by their product with great service and are with you for the long haul!

  Francisco Gonzalez worked with me on planning my roof replacement and gave me a reasonable price for the job. The Black Roofing crew finished the job in one day while also replacing several sheets of decking.

  We recently hired Black Roofing to patch a leak and complete a full roof inspection, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.   Black Roofing Company did an excellent job on our roof. The entire team was respectful, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.   David was on time, very professional and kept me up to date on the progress of my roof. The crew of 12-14 men were courteous and easy to work with. The entire project took 1.5 days despite a lot of wind. Truly a job well done!
