Tom - It was nice to talk to you when you called our office on August 29, 2023. And Don enjoyed meeting with you and discussing your project on August 31, 2023. Your proposal was first emailed to you on September 1, 2023, and again on October 15, 2023 when we were notified that you had not received it. For over 25 years, we have made responding to each customer a high priority and we make every effort to help everyone we can. We appreciate the opportunity to bid your project.

We chose Black Diamond Roofing because of the excellent job they did on our roof over 20 years ago. It says a lot that a roofing company is going strong for over 20 years - reinforced our decision! Coordinating our job couldn’t have been easier, even while we were out of state all winter. Don’s frequent check-ins and confirmations made the process effortless for us. The 6-man team who did the reroofing job couldn’t have been more polite, professional and efficient. Any disruptions to us were minimal and insignificant. Work began at 7:30 am sharp and was steady throughout the day. I respected the care and regard for the workers by the company by supporting morning and afternoon breaks as well as an hour long lunch break. Care was taken to protect plants and surrounding surfaces from any debris falling off the roof during the process. The entire area surrounding the house was cleaned up at the end of each day and immaculate at the end of the job. Best of all, the installation of new roofing tiles looks terrific. Each tile was hand nailed - no nail gun used, which will provide excellent adherence! Hats off to the company and the installation team. We have every reason to believe this new roof will last as well as the installation over 20 years ago! Kudos!

I assume this is the business that just finished a reroof at my unit. I am a resident of Panorama's Retirement Community in Lacey, and after a conversation with one of the young men doing the work, I was extremely pleased at how he made …

They sent out full crews and got the job done. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough job when the job was completed. The roof looks great and there were no surprises. I would recommend the company to anyone needing roofing services. I am confident you will be satisfied with their work.

This company was communicative and very professional. They were able to come and do a second bid for us since we weren’t quite ready the year before, no questions asked. Once we signed the contract, the owner dropped off roof samples for us to choose from. Within a week or two, they got us worked into their summertime schedule. While on site, the workers were very courteous and took extra care to protect our landscaping. The job was done quickly, and it looks great. This company even went a step above and beyond and contracted with a fellow business owner to have a stretch of gutters installed as part of our overall roof project. The quote was great and we are very satisfied. Thank you!

Had a great experience with this company. They fixed a few leaks in my roof and made it work on short notice. Don and team were easy to work. Tyler did a thorough job on the repair and even discovered a second leak that went unnoticed on my original investigation saving further damage and expenses. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again for further repairs or work.

They redid the roof in only two days. The first they were so amazing cleaning up the nails and other debris in the yard from tearing off the shingles to help me take my dog out so he could use the restroom, the second day the same thing. My yard almost looks better than before! The whole crew was super kind and truly did an amazing job. The roof looks fantastic.

I used Black Diamond Roofing for my project. The owner (Don) was straight forward, answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to. His bid was right in the ball park with other companies I had out. But what made my decision to go with them was how he approached the bid process. Straight, to the point. I did not feel like I was buying a used car. The work crew was great. The work quality was second to none and when they were done and gone I could not tell they had been there. Nothing was left behind. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely!

The teamwork and attention to detail diplayed during the reroof of our 1938 historic home was exceptional. They dedicated a lot of time and patience researching the perfect shingle to match our home. The cleanup was most impressive ~Grant W
