Reached out regarding a roof repair on April 7th. I've consistently followed up for the past 6 weeks with no quote, no inspection, no support. Just texts from Doug saying he'll get me a quote today but that never actually ever happens. This business is not helpful or responsive.

Fantastic service! A recent storm left a large limb going through my roof and into the attic. Doug came out and moved us to the top of his priority list, even made a special trip back to meet with the insurance adjuster. The roofing crew put an entire roof on in about 12 hours, started when the sun came up and worked until it started to set. Everything looks great

Excellent service from Black Diamond. They had my new shingles and gutters installed very promptly, especially this time of year. They explained the whole process in great detailed before any work was done and what to expect. I would definitely hire them for any projects in the future.

Lisa and I was very hesitant installing shingles so late in the year. Alex gave us his word that he would do everything he could do to get them installed ASAP. He was true to his word. Within a week our shingles were installed, in 3 days. (the installers came early and worked past sunset) The Lord gave us beautiful weather, for a good seal. Shortly after the install, Ottawa had its first snow fall. Amazing!!! Thank you very much Alex and Black Diamond.
