Hi Kaitlyn. I’m so sorry about this. Did they provide you with a name? Did they leave a card? We don’t do a ton of door to door sales and we just had training on this yesterday that we absolutely do not knock on doors with a no solicitation sign. UPDATE - Kaitlyn's door was not knocked by BIG Roofing. She has the ring doorbell footage to prove this.

We just had our roof replaced yesterday after some terrible storms and a leak in our roof. Alec came over right away when we needed an inspection and eased our stress when he could get us on the schedule right away for a replacement. They got everything done in not even a full day’s work and it looks absolutely incredible. If you need your roof replaced or a fix up, be sure to use Big Roofing but make sure you ask for Alec if you want the job done right and professionally. He made this experience easy when it could have been a huge headache. 10/10 would recommend!

Professional, very reasonable estimate for a small garage roof project, timely schedule for completing project, frequent updates on the project ranging from arrival of materials, removal of old roofing, in-time progress via texts with photos as well as confirmation of the completed project. Working with Alec Striegel was a pleasure. He's experienced, trustworthy, local, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend BIG Roofing. Be sure to ask for Alec!

BIG Roofing did a great job in assessing my roof for an insurance claim. Later, BIG Roofing repaired a boot in my house and did an excellent job. I worked with Matt and was very impressed with the quality of service and work performed.

JD came out and looked at a window that had been jammed for about 6 months and was able to get it open with a few tricks and muscle. He was very professional and the communication was excellent. I felt safe with him in my home and it didn’t cost anywhere close to what other companies have offered to come out for. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
