One of the best when it comes to all things soft washing. His knowledge and detail to soft washing, especially on a commercial building, was so appreciated. And man oh man… did that commercial building look way better. Felt like looking at a new building. Can’t recommend big red roofing enough!!

My husband and I were so impressed by Ryan King’s knowledge and honesty. His company does not specialize in the unique process our surface needed but without our even asking, he generously did research on who does and made the referral. He did not have to do this and we are so grateful!

I had a great experience with Big Red Roofing Company of NC for a recent roof repair. From the initial call to project completion, their team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They were very responsive. My call was answered on the first ring and they scheduled and completed my work within 24 hours. The repair itself was done with high-quality workmanship, and they took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. Their pricing was very fair and transparent, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Ryan, the owner, was a real pleasure to work with—friendly, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. It’s clear he cares about his customers and stands behind his work. I highly recommend Big Red Roofing for anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy roofing repairs in North Carolina!

Ryan did a fantastic job power-washing our roof, house, and driveway/sidewalk. He took care to explain the different types of wash he would use on each surface to remove the debris while protecting the integrity of each different surface. Everything looked great once he finished, and our roof in particular looked brand new! We won't hesitate to use Big Red again for future home needs.
