Top quality service from start to finish. We had worked with Miguel and his crew on a home roofing project before, so we already trusted them and chose them again for a fast roof repair after squirrel damage caused a leak. The job was a little complex because it involved coordinating solar panel removal, a full roof replacement, chimney flashing repair, and then the solar panel reinstallation. Miguel and the team kept us updated the whole time, stayed on schedule, and handled the roofing work exactly as planned. They moved quickly once the panels were off and made sure the new roof and flashing were installed properly. They also paid close attention to cleanup, leaving the front flower beds in great shape even though they were directly below the work area. No nails or debris were left behind. Very professional roofing team and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

we had our roof and gutters replaced, and they came out looking great. After talking with many roofing contractors, we chose this crew because they were the most professional, fastest to respond, and very clear when sending over estimates. From the first call to the final cleanup, the whole roofing process was smooth, organized, and on time. their strong communication continued through scheduling, material delivery, and the installation work. miguel and Billy really went above and beyond, and they were easy to work with the whole time. The roof work, gutter installation, and overall craftsmanship all look high quality, and the crew paid attention to detail. We are also planning to use them again for new siding because this experience gave us a lot of confidence. It is hard to find a roofing company that combines good service, solid workmanship, and dependable follow-through, but this team did exactly that. Very highly recommended for anyone in Woodland Hills needing roofing, gutters, or exterior work.

What can i say! Miguel was very professional from the first call to the final cleanup. We had a new roof system and gutters installed on our home, and the roofing crew showed up early in the morning and finished the main roof work by the afternoon. Since there was rain in the forecast in Woodland Hills, Miguel brought in extra workers to keep the roofing project on schedule and make sure everything was sealed up in time. The next day, Billy and the crew completed the gutter installation, checked the flashing, and left the property neat and clean. everything looks beautiful, and the whole process felt smooth and well organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement, gutter work, or general roofing service for their home.

We’re so happy with the roofing service. The team really went to bat for us with our homeowners insurance claim, and we likely would not have received a full roof replacement without their help. After strong wind damaged shingles on our old roof, the insurance company was slow to respond, but Billy and Miguel stayed on top of everything and helped us through the whole process. The roofing crew was a true advocate for us and worked hard to make sure nothing was missed. The scope of work was accurate, the project moved smoothly, and they got us on the schedule faster than we expected. The roofers arrived on time, got right to work, and handled the tear-off and replacement with care and skill. We were very impressed with their roofing knowledge, professionalism, communication, and follow-up. They were thorough from start to finish, and the crew made sure all nails, shingles, and debris were cleaned up before leaving. The new roof looks great, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. On a scale of 1 to 10, they deserve a 200. We would highly recommend this roofing company.

We had a lot of concerns about our roof after a recent storm, so we looked online for a roofing company and reached out. Miguel got back to me right away and was very easygoing, knowledgeable, and helpful. He quickly put our worries at ease and took time to explain the roofing process, help us understand the insurance claim steps, and give useful advice on choosing the right shingles for our home in Woodland Hills. Billy handled the paperwork, material orders, and scheduling, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. Both Miguel and Billy were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions, replied to texts quickly, and made sure we understood each step of the roof repair. We never felt rushed, and it was clear they truly cared about doing quality roofing work instead of just trying to finish a quick job. They earned our trust and gave us real confidence that our roof would be properly taken care of. We wanted a roofing team that would be honest, straightforward, and skilled, and they checked every box. We are very happy with the service, the communication, and the workmanship, and we would gladly use them again for future roofing needs and recommend them to others.

I highly recommend Best Roofing Specialists for any roofing work. As a former roofing contractor, I noticed a roof leak and reached out for an opinion. From that point on, the whole process was handled smoothly with very little effort on my end other than approving the work. Billy came out, arranged a full roof inspection, worked directly with the insurance company, met with the adjuster, and kept the project moving without delays. The roof replacement turned out excellent, and the workmanship was clean, solid, and professional. They also explained the scope of work clearly, stayed organized, and made the entire roofing claim and installation process easy to understand. I usually have very high standards for customer service, especially because I work in sales, but this crew truly went above and beyond and earned more than 5 stars.

Best Roofing Specialists did an excellent job with my roof replacement and kept me informed through each step of the project. The crew, including miguel, did strong roofing work, and the new roof looks great. i really appreciated the updates, the care they took with the property, and how smoothly the whole job moved along. They used tarps during the tear-off and ran a magnet for nails after the work, which showed they were trying to keep the area clean. After the project, i still found a few nails around the gravel driveway and near the house, so i did one more pass with my own magnet just to be safe. Even with that, the overall experience was very good, and the quality of the roof work stood out. the installation was solid, the crew was professional, and i would recommend them for roofing work.
