  Received a text message advertising this company despite having an out-of-state number. Seems they’re buying personal data to advertise, so that sure makes this an easy company to avoid from now on.

  Last year we mistakingly and regrettably hired Best roofing to replace two roofs on our families homes. My sister in law orginally attempted to comunicate directly with Jason with concerns and issues, but was quickly worn done by his countless excuses and well rehearsed run around. Unfortunately without persistent contact, our roofs would still look and preform as the day they were installed. Which was originally scheduled to happen on two separate days, but that suddenly changed the morning they showed up? We ended up with a thinly spread out crew between both homes. Which are miles apart? Most of the afternoon we had just a clearly very young and inexperienced man working alone? We had sub contractors show up when we were told it would be their," crew." Now we have issues and our requests to have Best Roofings promise of an Owen Corning inspection happening within a year has been considered threatening? Warning Don't do business of any sorts with this dishonest company. The work they preformed while replacing our roofs was sub par. We were told by the secretary at Best Roofing that our shingles had been installed upside down? They repeatedly promised us that the roof was done properly. Both homes were visibility not done correctly. An independent inspection revealed that there were at least 7 different problems that needed to be addressed on just one of the homes Best Roofing did. Despite being repeadingly reassured by the Jason, the owner of Best Roofing, the roof was far from being completed or installed correctly. We asked the crew, to please be extra careful with nails, screws etc because our dog uses the backyard. It wasn't safe to let our dog out in our backyard. My wife and I spent hours in the dark picking up bits of metal flashing, nails, screws and hundreds of plastic strips removed from the new shingles. We collected over 400 bits of metal pieces scattered all around our home and backyard. No clean up was ever done? It quickly became clear to us

  Thank you Tom, we never had a contract with you. The job you are referencing was a year ago, no issues since the repairs were made, and the lifetime workmanship warranty was provided to the rightful owner. Yes, mistakes were made and also corrected like we should. It was the owners request never to communicate with you, we learned quickly why, and it appears that is why you are now taking this action, becasue we refused to speak with you still, a year later. Your further comments are encouraged so that you can find the peace you are searching for and it will not affect the owners warranty. However, we will be protecting ourselves so we have already alerted the BBB and others of your ongoing harassment and threats.

  It was a great experience from start to finish. The crew was amazing and let us know about a few minor structural issues that needed to be addressed. They didn't just 'cover up' and leave the defects. Overall, a great experience with the company.

  Best Roofing did a top quality job from sales all the way through installation. Everyone that I dealt with from sales, owners of the business, scheduling and installation crew were Awesome. Every question and concern was answered professionally and in a timely manner. The Install Crew did quality work and were very mindful of our home and neighborhood.

  My brand new roof installed incorrectly by Hayden Home Simplicity in 2024-2025 had a leak in the roof vent. Hayden Home refused to fix it. I called Best Roof & they quickly got their roofer came diagnosed & fixed it less than a week before the rain came. They are very professional, trustworthy, answer your call/text very quickly. highly recommend them!

  Best Roofing did a wonderful job doing a silicone coating on my membrane trailer roof, with a 10-year warranty! They were professional and only took a few days to complete the job. It did not involve anything being torn off. The procedure did not require waiting until spring for a week of good weather to complete, it was done before the onslaught of winter weather! It was nearly half the price of any bids that I got.
