called Jason on a Thursday about a roof leak, and he said he would stop by Friday and he did. he listened carefully to my concerns, inspected the roofing, flashing, and problem area, and clearly explained what he found. after that, he sent his crew out as promised, and they got everything taken care of quickly. the repair process was smooth, and the whole roof service felt organized and professional from start to finish. Jason was genuine, polite, and informative, and it was easy to trust his advice. i really appreciated the fast response, the clear communication, and the prompt resolution to our roofing issue in San Jose. highly recommend Jason for reliable roof repair and honest service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Best Roof Repair. If you need roof repair, roof leak service, or chimney flashing work, look no further. They came to my home in San Jose on short notice and fixed my roof leak and chimney flashing the very same day, all within just a few hours. The price was fair, the repair was fast, and the crew was very friendly and easy to work with. They also went above and beyond by pointing out another roofing issue I may want to watch and even checked the attic to take helpful photos so I could better understand the condition of the roof system. That extra care really showed their experience and honesty. The whole process felt smooth and professional, and the workmanship gave me peace of mind. I am very happy with the service and would hire them again without hesitation. I also included before and after photos.

We recently had Best Roof Repair install a metal roof on our home and detached garage in San Jose. After talking through roofing options with maurice, we chose metal roofing instead of asphalt shingles because of the stronger material, long-term value, and solid warranty coverage. Since we plan to stay in this house for a long time, it made sense to invest in a roof system that offers better durability, energy efficiency in the warm California climate, and strong protection for the structure. After a short wait, the materials arrived and the roof installation was scheduled right away. The project manager jason and foreman terry were on site each day, kept the job moving on time, and made the whole process smooth from tear-off to final install. They kept us updated on the progress, explained what they found with the existing roof deck, and made sure we understood any needed repairs before moving forward. i really appreciated the clear communication and the attention to detail throughout the project. The roofing crew did an excellent job, worked carefully around our property, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They also made sure the gates were closed before leaving, which meant a lot since we have two dogs. the new metal roof looks great, the workmanship is excellent, and we are very happy with the final result.

Our first roofing project was a really good experience from start to finish. The whole process, from scheduling the appointment and roof inspection to the estimate and full roof replacement, felt easy and well organized. The online system made it simple to review the proposal, approve the quote, make payment, and get receipts without any hassle. Jason handled the inspection and walked us through several shingle options, which helped us feel confident about the materials and scope of work. Maurice and his crew arrived early, stayed on schedule, and finished the roof replacement the same day. They worked carefully, protected the landscaping, and did an excellent cleanup when the job was done. The pricing was fair and competitive, especially for the quality of workmanship, roofing materials, and overall service we received. Everything was explained clearly, communication was strong throughout the project, and the crew was professional the entire time. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

The roofing crew did an excellent job installing our new roof system and shingles at my home. They worked around most of our solar panels, so only a few needed to be moved, which saved us a lot of money on the project. They also fixed problems left behind by a previous roofer, sealed several roof leaks, and improved the ventilation by adding two new roof vents, including one powered vent in the garage. Jason and the whole team were professional, easy to work with, and kept us updated from start to finish. They showed strong attention to detail, used quality roofing materials, and made sure everything was done the right way. The roof looks great, performs well, and gives us much more confidence during hot weather and regular seasonal wear. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work, leak repair, shingle installation, or roof ventilation upgrades.
