  Three times they were supposed to show up and never did, nor did they call. The office guy I spoke with tried to blame it on the weather. Only one of the days it rained so I will give a pass there, but the other two days it was sunny out. My guess is because it was a smaller job it want high priority, but if you say that you are coming then that is what a customer expects. Not to receive a call either was just poor and showed no professionalism.

  Never had roof leak until Best Choice roofing replaced our roof. Very poor communication and they had a very difficult time actually tending to the flashing which now is leaking or worse our roof.. Contacted them and have had very difficult time doing that, communicated the problem with it flooding inside our house every time it rains which they sent someone out to assess and i.never heard back, they won't return my voicemails, haven't returned my calls, and haven't answered the phone. Very upset and displeased that there's absolutely zero attention and no urgency while it floods inside my house!!!

  We have no soliciting on our doors and a flag in the yard by the doors. This company still left their door hanger trash for us to deal with. We never ever hire people that come to our door. If we need to hire people we contact them after we look into them. Not just who shows up on our doorstep. If you can not respect our no soliciting at our home why would you respect our home for any other reason?? Just do better.

  We had our entire roof replaced by Best Choice. The beginning was good we worked with Carson and the insurance company to get the roof replaced. Then the communication basically stopped ! I called multiple times to get a supervisor and to this day NO call or visit !! The workers damaged a hot tub cover (Carson did get them to replace it ) they left the job site a mess and only after multiple calls did they come and get left over materials from our yard which was blocking our driveway. We met with Carson and again expressed our dissatisfaction and I would have thought someone from Corporate would have called but NOPE … Carson basically told us the entire Kingsport team was let go ! My advice is shop around ! Check references and reviews !

  They did a fantastic job on putting on a new roof. Very satisfied with the workers and the Salesman (Sam). We could not be happier, than we are. Perfect choice for a company to put a new roof on at a very reasonable price.

  Absolutely wonderful company! Wonderful sales reps! My representative went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company gave me maximum funds to get my roof repaired AND the turnover time for said repair was amazing! Most professional roofing company I've ever dealt with!

  had the opportunity to have these guys come out with honest answers and solutions they were nothing but nice honest and great guys. carson stanley being one of the gentleman was nothing but knowledgeable snd a great guy who knew everything about what needed done while also taking care of what i needed done my roof was in shambles and i didn’t know what to do but this group of men had nothing but help
