  I recently hired a Ben Ross roofing to repair two leaking areas on my roof that I had had ongoing issues with. Once the work began, they informed me that the entire roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I agreed. However, after completion I inspected the job and found out they did not replace the rotten wood specifically in the 2 areas that I had been having leaks, just simply covered over holes. (You could see into the attic.) I had to point this out to them, and they provided no real explanation for the oversight. What’s even more concerning is that those were the only two areas I could see—who knows what else might be wrong? I had to take time out of my schedule to drive down and meet with the installers twice, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I requested a reduction in price for my time wasted, they made a small adjustment that did not cover my time and effort, and no further communication to even acknowledge the issue or my time. Communication with the owner was nearly nonexistent, and I received little to no answers to my questions. It was clear that there was no intent to provide satisfactory customer service. Was the job completed, yes. It’s just frustrating that it did not happen in a smooth manner. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle!

  Very professional and courteous. Ben did exactly what he said from quote to end of job. Ben’s crew worked flawlessly long hours (in the heat) and did an excellent job. They took pride in their work and it shows on my new roof. My wife and I could not be happier. Thanks Ben for a job well done.

  Ben Ross is the man!! Came out on a Sunday to look at my roof leak and was able to get it patched on the spot. He communicated well, showed up on time, and completed the final repairs within days. I can't recommend @BenRossRoofing enough.

  My roof was torn up, Ben said it looked like a shark had been up there chewing the shingles apart. Gave me a very fair price and solid work all around. Couldnt be happier.

  Ben came to my house to look at a leak around my chimney. He had that fixed quickly, and noticed hail damage on my roof that I was unaware of. He coordinated with my insurance company and installed a new roof for me with little effort on my part. Great service and a great guy!
