READ THIS REVIEW AND PROTECT YOURSELF! Unfortunately I hired Belmarez Roofing (a sole properitorship registered with the co sos) which turned out to be a COMPLETE bait and switch company!!! Anyone that says otherwise either didnt do their research or just fell for the SCAM!!! You see as soon as you move forward Belmarez Roofing, they sneakily send your job right away to another company called RT Roofing LLC, NOT HIS CREW like he says, leaving you in a logistical liability nightmare!!!! RT Roofing LLC then does the actual job. RT Roofing LLC is a registered limited liability company with the co sos. You can research this by googling co sos business search. So a completely different company name and a completely different legal structure!!! Then when the day of the job comes... SURPRISE!!!!.. here comes a completely different company to do the job, but not the one who you signed the contract with or made the check out to which is Bellmarez Roofing!! SCAMMMMM ! RT Roofing LLC isn't disclosed or EVER mentioned by Belmarez Roofing either verbally or in their contract etc. at any time leaving you, your finances, and the well being of your property in a logistical liability nightmare!!!!! I investigated contractors for my job for nearly 20 years and everything needs to match up!! These guys know exactly what they are doing. Look up "paper"contractor to see what your liabilities adn avenues are. They have no assignment clause on their contract mentioning the other company ( THIS IS REQUIRED AND A HUGE RED FLAG!!!) I have reviewed my contract and documents for proof!! So if Belmarez Roofing doesn't pay RT Roofing LLC they can put a lien on your house. If someone from RT Roofing LLC falls off your roof or gets hurt while doing your job, your insurance won't cover that since you didn't sign a contract with them! GREAT!!! Also your insurance wont let you put in claims in down the road potentially because of this scam. Not to mention a ton of other liabilities. .. IF

I am a local Realtor and have used Johnny on two homes personally and refer him to all of my clients and he has done several of their homes. He is an honest guy and will not try to "sell you something you don't need". He is always very responsive and does quality work for a reasonable price. His crew works HARD and long hours and knocks the job out quickly and they do a great job on cleanup. Can't say enough good things about this company. Of all the contractors I recommend for various trades, Johnny is at the top of my list!

All aspects of this reroof project were excellent. Johnny was a pleasure to work with and the crews were respectful and efficient. We expected a lot for this level of investment and the end result met those expectations. Seriously consider Belmarez Roofing if you are looking for top notch service and value.

I received a recommendation to Johnny and his crew to have a roof looked at. Johnny was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. He went out and looked at the property when he said he would and gave me a lot of information. He did not try to push the work. He explained everything and gave me options. I hired him to replace the roof. He kept me updated every step of the way. The roof looks amazing! Thank you, Johnny, and your crew. I could not be happier.
