One way to guarantee no one in a neighborhood will call your company for a roof: starting work BEFORE 7am on a Sunday. You started running compressors before 7 all week and we were understanding…but Sunday is our one day off. 9am noise compliance on Sundays for future reference. 7am the rest of the week. We understand a time crunch, weather delays and everything else. We experience them too, but we don’t inconvenience neighbors to make our job easier.

Ashley, my apologies for the disruption, if in fact this was my team. We DID work last weekend, however, we were NOT on any property for an entire week. Our project was completed between Saturday and Sunday. Working on Sunday is not standard practice for us but if it is ever required again we will take every measure to consider the neighborhoods concerns.

I reached out to get an estimate, someone was sent to look at my roof said I would get an estimate later that day, never received a call. 5 days later I called and owner answered and seemed to be lost but assured the the person that was …

Misinformed on a start time. I made all the contact with the company. Not once did they initiate the contact, except for a quote. Communication is a key factor when dealing with customers, even if your having hard times. I know this 1st hand, having been in customer service for many years. After this, i had an uneasy feeling going ahead with the project. I went with a different contractor.

This is a review of Bass Roofing for their work replacing a 30 + year old roof of my residence. The owner and his right-hand man did an excellent job of explaining the work to be done. They frequently communicated with me to provide info and answer my questions before the contract was signed and to advise me of progress and expected completion time after work started. The estimate was clear and detailed. The price was very reasonable and quality of work and materials was very high. There are so many good things to say about Bass Roofing I could write a book. I’ll try to summarize a few things as follows: • High quality materials (i.e. plywood sheathing vs. OSB; modern synthetic underlayment vs. tar paper & high rated brand of shingles & ridge vent) • I was very pleased with the workers expertise in completing the necessary wood repairs before installing the shingles and the finishing touches on all the things protruding through the roof (drain vents & chimneys). • The workers are the hardest working and most respectful group I’ve had the good fortune to deal with. They helped me move some plants and chairs off my deck before work began and helped move them back again when work was done. Also, they thoroughly combed the grounds with magnets to pick up nails and cleaned up all debris after they finished the roof. • The new roof looks flawless (no lumps or unevenness). After 2 severe thunderstorms, I can say with confidence that it is also wind and water tight. • No shortcuts were taken and work (reroof house, shed and remove gutters) was completed expeditiously in 1.5 days. Overall, the people at Bass Roofing LLC exceeded my expectations.

Excellent work done - professional, courteous, competitively priced and timely. Great job communicating, explaining the details, and then completing the work. Older home in need of extensive repair - including removal of damaged plywood and several rafters. Cleanup afterwards was great - they spent time throughout and at the end of each day taking care to manage the heavy debris, nails and windblown waste. Looks great - house has transformed from an eyesore to one of the best looking on the street - Thank you to Daniel and his team!
