  Judging off all the other 5 star reviews, I was expecting my experience to be great with BA Roofing, but I didn't have the same experience sadly. I contacted Blake back in April, and he came out right away and took a look at my roof and explained everything thoroughly to me. He was very nice and it seemed like a good fit. I contacted insurance and Blake was kind enough to send photos to them, for them to write my claim. Something after that changed. I waited 4 months for them to come out to take roof samples. They never, not once called me back to tell me an update. I had to be the one to call, and the woman in the office was so nice but didn't know much. Blake never called me back ever. I was so fed up by month 6 not hearing anything from them that I decided to take my business elsewhere, but I needed them to come put back the roof tiles that they took as samples. I tried calling for weeks but continuously got placed on hold. I emailed Blake multiple times and never heard back. I had to scour the internet to find Blake's phone number and left him a message. I understand if a company is busy and has bigger projects to work on. But if I've been in communication with you for months, I would appreciate updates along the way — good or bad. It’s funny he responds and says he contacted me shortly after, but this was not the case. The last thing I had heard was samples were still off getting tested. Possible communication error on their part.

  Hey Maddi, thank you for considering us for your project. It looks like we pulled a shingle sample back on 6/18/22. Shortly after we spoke about your insurance partially covering your damaged Roofing System and explained they would not acknowledge our Photo and Laboratory reports presented to them.   Update: not long after this post I was finally given a response that my project was too small and then they gave my contact information to someone else without my consent. Called their office for an estimate on a project, was given a few options for times and dates and picked a time that wasn't at the end of the day. When that day and time came and went I got a text from Blake asking if I was free the following day because they were running behind at an existing project. I told them it was absolutely fine and I'd be available the following day like they asked for the entire afternoon. The following day came and Blake still didn't show up and then stopped responding to the messages from the previous day.

  Didn't show up on the gate and time they confirmed. After I called and canceled the appointment, I got a text from the estimator telling me he could send me information electronically, but he's have to set up another date to come out...

We believe what sets us apart from our competitors is having a different, custom solution for your property as every house and roof is different. That is why we require our estimators to hold HAAG Engineering certifications and licensing and may other industry certifications. With snow covering your roofing system we are not able to assess the specific needs for your roof and provide an accurate estimate. This is why we offered to send a “ballpark” estimate until we can fully assess your specific needs in spring. Kindest Regards, Blake

  Had one appointment scheduled, received a phone call 5 minutes before the scheduled time stating inability to make it. Rescheduled for a couple days later and have not seen nor heard from anybody....well over an hour past the time.

  I had BA Roofing come out to take a look at my place and was really impressed. They were straightforward, explained everything clearly, and didn’t push anything I didn’t need. Communication was excellent, and I always knew what was going on without having to ask. The work was done quicker than I expected and at a fair price. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

  I had a really simple issue - replacing an attic vent that squirrels had chewed through. I called, their guy stopped by the next day and fixed it.

  BA Roofing handled our hail damage claim and repairs very professionally and in timely manner. They filed the necessary paperwork with our insurance company, obtained the needed permits, scheduled the roof repairs very quickly. The roof repair was smooth, the staff was professional and efficient from start to finish, including cleanup after the project. Highly recommend BA roofing.

  I filed a claim with my insurance company after storm damage to my roof and choose BA Roofing for the replacement. The quality of work was great and I'm thankful to have had a reputable company to work with. I did encounter an obstacle with some communication and invoicing, but the Office Manager Colleen worked with me diligently to remedy my situation. I recommend BA Roofing and would use them again in the future.
