I highly recommend Robert and his team at Avant Roofing. Robert is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and very easy to work with. I hired Avant Roofing to work on the roof of my warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles, and they did an amazing job. Our roof was an old torch-down roof that had become faded and worn. Robert recommended a new roofing system, and I am very happy that I followed his advice. His team scraped and power-washed the old surface, repaired the gutter areas and flashing, and properly prepared the entire roof. They then applied a high-quality silicone system, including a primer and a top-quality ASC Glossy White Cool Roof, Title 24-compliant silicone topcoat. The difference has been incredible. The warehouse is noticeably cooler and much more comfortable. Before the work was done, the AC would run all day and could never reach 78 degrees. Now, the warehouse reaches 78 degrees and the AC actually shuts off, so I am already seeing energy savings. The crew was fast, professional, and did an excellent job. The entire project was completed in less than five days, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work they provided. Thank you, Robert, and the entire Avant Roofing team, for all your hard work. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the recommendation you gave me. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be using Avant Roofing again for my home. I highly recommend them!

If you're looking for a top-tier roofing team, look no further than Robert and his team in **Avant Roofing Corp.**. They recently completed a major project for me, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. ### **Prompt & Professional Service** From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their communication was incredible. They were extremely responsive, getting the job scheduled and completed with impressive speed. It’s rare to find a contractor that values your time as much as they do. ### **Expert Workmanship** The quality of their work is second to none. They didn’t just do a surface-level job; they were meticulous with the preparation, from power washing to reinforcing every transition and penetration point. You can tell they take immense pride in their craftsmanship and don't cut corners. ### **Great Value & Transparent Pricing** Their pricing is very fair, especially considering the high-performance materials and the 20-year warranty they provide. They are honest, transparent, and there were no hidden surprises. ### **The Results** The finished roof is seamless and looks fantastic. Not only is it now fully waterproof and UV-protected, but the reflective "Cool Roof" system is already making a noticeable difference. If you want a roofing company that is fast, reliable, and delivers elite results at a great price, hire Avant Roofing. I’m definitely a customer for life!

They installed a new roof on my apartment building. This was a difficult job but they went above and beyond in order to complete the work on time. At one point rain was predicted while the roof was still open. They put a double crew on the job in order to get it done on time. Robert is very easy to reach and always answers the phone. Overall good and reliable people.

Mr Gilardi changed the roof on my 2-story apartment building. It was very important for me to use a licensed contractor. He gave me a very good price and did a very professional job. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day and things went rather smoothly. Everything was done right the first time and on time. He updated me with pictures every step of the way. I highly recommend avant- roofing.
