The roofing team was prompt, professional, courteous, and fair. The sales rep arrived on time, inspected my roof and attic insulation, and clearly explained several roofing options. They even shared nearby addresses in Sherman Oaks so I could look at different shingle styles and colors in person, which really helped with my decision. Jamie from the office was an excellent project manager and kept the whole roofing job on track with steady follow-up and clear communication. On installation day, Jamie let me know exactly when the crew would arrive. I happened to be home and was very impressed by how hard the roofers worked and how efficiently they handled the tear-off and shingle installation. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend this roofing company.

The flat roof over my office started leaking during a heavy rain, and my own patch job was not enough. I contacted several roofing contractors, but most pushed for a full roof replacement instead of a practical roof repair. Then my wife …

Collin, the company rep at Sherman Oaks Roof Masters, was very knowledgeable about roofing materials, shingles, and the overall condition of our roof. He climbed up and did a close inspection so he could see exactly what was happening instead of guessing from the ground. He explained the problem in simple terms, gave us a few solid options for repair and replacement, and never used any pressure. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. The roofing crew arrived a little earlier than expected and started work right away by removing the old roof. Once the new shingles and materials were ready, they kept the job moving with great focus and teamwork. They only paused briefly, and the rest of the time they worked steadily and efficiently. The crew was neat, respectful, and clearly experienced with residential roofing work. We were very pleased with the product choices, the inspection, and the installation team. They did a great job keeping the property clean during the tear-off and reroof process, and their cleanup at the end was just as impressive. They also took extra time to check carefully for loose nails and leftover debris, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Overall, it was a smooth roofing experience, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Less than a day after a major wind storm in Sherman Oaks, my wife and I noticed missing shingles and roof damage and knew we had to act fast. We were worried that every roofer in the area would be flooded with calls, and we were not sure if anyone would even be available that next morning. Luckily, we saw a roofing crew working on a nearby home and spoke with Bernard, the project manager. Bernard quickly came over, got up on our roof right away, and found storm damage with several shingles blown off. He also offered helpful guidance on the next steps and spoke with our insurance representative so emergency waterproofing could be put in place right away to help protect the roof from any further issues. He handled everything efficiently, explained the process in simple terms, and made a stressful roofing situation feel much easier. In a short amount of time, the temporary protection was installed and the claim process was already moving forward. Bernard was friendly, professional, and clearly knew roofing work well. Even though the full roof job is still in progress, the experience so far has been smooth, straightforward, and reassuring. Based on how quickly they responded and how well they handled the storm damage, I feel confident my family’s home is in good hands.

Bernard was recommended to us by our contractor for a roofing job in Sherman Oaks. He reached out quickly to schedule a time to inspect the roof and gave us a clear estimate right there. We chose the shingle style, reviewed the roofing details, and signed the paperwork with no hassle. The crew arrived on time and started work right away. They took great care around the landscaping and gardens while removing the old roof, and they kept the property clean and organized throughout the project. Even in the warm Sherman Oaks weather, the team worked steadily and stayed focused on finishing the roof the right way. There were only a few small decking issues under the old roofing material, and those were handled smoothly without delaying the job. The whole process felt professional and well managed from inspection to cleanup. We are very pleased with the new roof and really appreciate the hard work, communication, and craftsmanship from the entire team. Highly recommend for anyone needing roofing services.

A while back, I had some trouble with my roof in Sherman Oaks. The roof over my back deck wasn’t sealed right and would leak whenever it rained. There was also a small flat roof over my porch that kept leaking because the roofing materials and installation from another contractor weren’t done properly. I searched online for roofers in the area and decided to call after seeing some good reviews. I was happy that when I called, a real person answered right away, and I got to speak directly with Erik, who quickly set up an inspection. Erik came out, took a close look at my roof, explained what was wrong in simple terms, and answered all my questions. He gave me a clear estimate for the repairs. After comparing a few other quotes from roofers nearby, I chose this company and I’m glad I did. The roofing crew showed up on time and replaced both the main roof and the garage roof. They worked fast and efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Erik stopped by during the project to check on the progress and came again after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied with all the work. Having dealt with roofers before, I can say this experience was one of the best. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Sherman Oaks needing roof repairs or a new roof. The roof looks great, and I'm confident I won’t have any more leaks. Erik was friendly, honest, and professional, always making sure my questions were answered and returning my calls quickly. Great job!

From start to finish, our experience with this roofing company in Sherman Oaks was excellent. My husband used to handle all the roof upkeep, but as we got older, climbing up on our two-story house just wasn't safe anymore. We decided to reach out for professional roof services and were very happy with our choice. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and respectful. Bernard and Jamie, the two roofers who came out, worked hard and made sure our roof was spotless. They cleared all the debris from the gutters and roof, and even cleaned up our deck and driveway before they left. I highly recommend this company to anyone in Sherman Oaks who needs help with their roof.

Sherman Oaks Roof Masters put a new roof on my home, and recently while I was in the garage I noticed a small spot in the corner that looked like it could have been from a minor leak. I called, and Bernard came out the very next day to inspect it. After checking everything, he found it was likely an issue with the flashing. Their repair crew followed up right away, and Erik fixed it in less than a week. The whole process was fast, professional, and easy. They stood behind their roofing work and handled the repair without delay. In a warm climate where your roof takes constant sun and weather exposure, that kind of quick response and solid roof service really matters. It honestly does not get better than this. When choosing a roofer, I think three things matter most: first, make sure it is a real and dependable roofing company; second, make sure they will still be around if you need help later; and third, make sure they provide this level of roof repair and customer care after the job is done.
