Really impressed with the roofing service we received. We called about a loose gutter along the roofline that was close to pulling away, and they arranged for Jaime to come out right away to inspect it. Jaime repaired the gutter, secured the fascia area, and made sure the drainage was working properly. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and worked efficiently the whole visit. We were especially thankful that the repair was completed in less than 24 hours, just before heavy rain moved through Sherman Oaks. As new homeowners in the area, we appreciated how smoothly the whole process went. It was a small roofing and gutter repair, but they treated it with care and urgency. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing gutter work, roofline repairs, or fast help before wet weather.

I want to thank The Roofing Team for helping me make the best use of the new skylights during my roofing project. Nathan and Jaime arrived early, listened carefully to where I wanted the skylights placed, and gave helpful guidance that made the layout work even better for my home. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the skylight installation process, roofing materials, ventilation, and the benefits of the product, and both crew members explained everything in a clear and simple way. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure the new skylights fit well with the roof. The whole team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk with. They cleaned up all debris and left the house in excellent condition when the job was done. The product quality is outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. I would gladly use them again for future roofing or skylight work and highly recommend their helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I wanted new gutters along the side of my home and some gutter guards to help protect the roof drainage system. I got a few estimates, and they stood out for being very professional, easy to work with, and fairly priced. They came out quickly to inspect the roofline and gutter setup, explained the different options in simple terms, and never pushed extras I did not need. They recommended what would work best for my home and what would be unnecessary, which I really appreciated. The installation process was smooth, and the new gutters and covers look great and seem built to handle rain well. Communication was fast from start to finish, and the crew was responsive and helpful the whole way through. After the job, I noticed a small piece of gutter material in the backyard and sent them a photo. They quickly confirmed it was just a leftover piece and came back right away to remove it. Even after the work was completed, they were attentive, professional, and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them for gutter and roofing-related work.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with The Roofing Team. Nathan, Jaime, and the crew were excellent and kept us informed through every step of the roofing process. We first reached out about an exterior project, and during the inspection Nathan noticed damage to the garage shingles that needed attention. Nathan and Jaime explained the insurance claim process clearly, helped us move through it step by step, and stayed in touch with the adjuster to keep everything moving smoothly. The shingle installation crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. They worked quickly, showed real skill, and handled the roof work in a professional way. They also made sure the property was cleaned up well after the job was done, which we really appreciated. It was clear they care about quality workmanship, good communication, and customer service. The whole experience felt easy and stress free, and we would absolutely trust them again for any future roofing repairs or roof replacement needs.

Nathan was fantastic. I called about a possible roof leak, and he found the issue right away after I had trouble locating it myself. He took the time to explain what was going on, shared helpful roofing advice, and even pointed me in the right direction for a simple repair. He also offered matching roll roofing pieces so the patch would blend in well. The roof installation has held up really well, especially through the hot Sherman Oaks weather, and I have been very happy with the overall workmanship. What stood out most was the honest service. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no push toward expensive roofing options I did not need. The pricing was fair, the communication was clear, and the whole experience felt straightforward and professional. It is not easy to find roofers who are skilled, helpful, and willing to share real knowledge about the trade, but Nathan was exactly that. If you need roofing help in Sherman Oaks, I would absolutely recommend them.

I had another roofer out before and the price they wanted just to inspect the roof and seal a few tiles felt way too high. After a few weeks, the water stain on the ceiling got larger, so I knew something was still going on. Nathan came out …

Honest, professional, high-quality, and easy to work with describes our experience with this roofing company. We requested estimates from five different certified roofing contractors, and this team provided the most reasonable quote. Jaime was very patient in answering all of our roofing and attic venting questions and delivered exactly what we needed without adding extra charges. Duane, our roofing crew lead, was just as impressive. When my husband went up to look at the roofing work, Duane welcomed him and clearly walked him through the shingle replacement process step by step. We learned a lot from both Jaime and Duane about the roof system, ventilation, and the work being done. After some heavy seasonal rain in Sherman Oaks, the new roof performed very well, which gave us real confidence in the workmanship and materials. The whole project felt smooth, honest, and well managed from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone in Sherman Oaks who needs a roof replacement, new shingles, or roofing and venting work.
