Sergio is an expert roofer. He knows what you need, and better yet, won’t try to sell you something you don’t need. It’s rare in building trades to come across someone who communicates extremely well, has fair prices, delivers quality work, delivers on-time, personally oversees and inspects their crew’s work, and that you can trust 100%. I’ve used Sergio twice now for large scale roof repairs. I don’t normally bother to leave reviews, but with Sergio, I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t. Call him for your project and you’ll be happy you did.

Thank you so much, Jeremy. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Your continued trust in me and Alluring Homes means a great deal. It’s always important to me to give homeowners an honest assessment of what their roof actually needs, communicate clearly throughout the project, and personally make sure the work is completed properly. Having the opportunity to work with you twice and knowing you’ve been happy with both experiences is incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful for your recommendation and for the opportunity to work with you again. It has truly been a pleasure. – Sergio

We recently had a new roof, gutters, four attic vents, a new fascia board and, as it turned out after removing the existing roof, three new rafters to replace those that were damaged. Over the past year we have received at least six roofing estimates. Sergio, owner of Alluring Homes, Inc., was the last contractor I contacted and the one we selected for the job because of Sergio's knowledge and understanding of old houses, our house in Pasadena is 122 years old, his responsiveness and communication skills, including a thorough and well written estimate and contract. We recommend Sergio and Alluring Homes, Inc.

Thank you so much, Robin. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and, especially, the trust you placed in me and Alluring Homes after meeting with several roofing contractors. Working on a 122-year-old Pasadena home comes with unique challenges, and I’m glad we were able to address the unexpected rafter damage along with the new roof, gutters, attic vents, and fascia board while keeping you informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure working with you, and your comments about my knowledge, communication, and responsiveness mean a great deal to me. Thank you again for choosing Alluring Homes and for recommending us to others. – Sergio

This is my second experience with alluring homes. Back in 2018 I had my whole roof redone. They made me feel very comfortable, and they explained each step. It was quick and I felt they were trustworthy and competitively priced. When my brother needed a new roof in 2026, I called other roofers, but went back to alluring homes. I worked with Cesar again. My brother’s roof was a bit complicated, but Cesar and the crew did a great job. Again I felt they were honest, reasonably priced, and they cleaned up very well. I highly recommend them.

We understand how important it is to feel comfortable and informed throughout the roofing process, and we're glad that our communication, workmanship, and attention to detail helped make both experiences a positive one. We'll be sure to share your kind words with Cesar and the crew. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing Alluring Homes. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your family. – Sergio & The Alluring Homes Team

Wow ! Wow is all I can say about the job that Alluring Homes, Inc. did. Sergio and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They did a shingle roof replacement on our home in just two days. We live in Los Angeles (Inglewood) and we got 3 estimates, we went with our gut feeling and chose Alluring Homes Inc. (Sergio was referred to us). Of course there was additional wood that needed to be replaced once they tore off the roof and they did that at a pre-determined cost. We expected that there would be additional work needed (35yr old roof). After the job was done, they cleaned up the entire grounds and you couldn't even tell that they were there at all. Sergio and his team were very professional and work very well together. Alluring Homes Inc. has a great team. We recommend them 100%

I'm always a little suspicious of nothing but 5-star reviews but after Sergio and his team did a ton of work making our house more fire-resistant I see why they have the reviews they do. I think this was Sergio's first time applying Firecoat but expecting rain he went ahead and purchased a new sprayer that could handle the increased viscosity. He also had to workaround Vulcan Vents standard sizes and our non-standard vents. In the end, we were very happy with results. If anyone is suspicious that all my reviews are 5-stars, it's because I only bother to write reviews for the best businesses.

  Reply from the business

Thank you so much Shelley, I really appreciate you sharing your experience. This project definitely came with a few challenges between the weather, the Firecoat application, and the non-standard vent sizes, but making sure everything was done right was the priority. I’m glad the extra planning and adjustments paid off and that you’re happy with the final results. Your trust and feedback truly mean a lot to me and my team. Thanks again for choosing Alluring Homes.

I recently hired Alluring Homes Inc for a full roof installation on both my house and garage, as well as a damaged skylight replacement. I am happy with the results—the new roof looks amazing! What stood out most was the owner, Sergio Espinosa; he was able to coordinate with my next-door neighbor so we could both get our roofs done at the same time. Sergio was incredibly communicative, explaining every step of the process and checking in daily to ensure the work met his high standards. His crew was equally impressive—they were punctual, hardworking, and extremely careful with my property. I highly recommend Sergio and his team for their professionalism and top-tier craftsmanship.

Hollywood Hills Roof Replacement | Alluring Homes, Inc. We recently completed a complex roof replacement on this Victorian-style home in the **Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles**, replacing the existing wood shake roof with **Presidential shingles in Charcoal**. With a three-story hillside location, steep roof slopes and detailed architecture, this project required careful planning and proper installation throughout the roofing system. Our crew completed the transformation in just four days and also added additional roof ventilation. The result is a completely updated shingle roof that complements the character and architecture of the home. We were also grateful to receive a wonderful Google review from the homeowner following completion of the project.
