If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Please don’t waste your time with this company. AllRoof completely ghosted me. I was given a quote in which I accepted and was even provided an installation date. That date has come and is now long gone. I gave them 1 last opportunity and called the office asking if they were coming to do the work. I was promised a call back. Tons of excuses why Peter the “Production Manager” wasn’t calling me back. Guess what, nothing. Still no call back. I’ve wasted a massive amount of time and now I’m back to the drawing board. Avoid this place at all cost.

Who do you suppose glues shingles down — the crew, or the sun? The sun. Every shingle carries a factory sealant strip that only activates in warmth, and that bond, not the nails, is what gives a roof its resistance to wind. Nails hold position. The seal is what stops a course from lifting. So what changes in autumn? In September a finished slope seals itself within days, unaided. By late November the strip waits for sun that never gets warm enough, and each course has to be sealed by hand instead. That is the genuine deadline of the season, and it is a temperature rather than a date on a calendar.
