  We had aspen put on a new roof in 2022. Now in the beginning of 2024 it started leaking. They charged us to put new gutters on and didn’t but charged insurance so committed insurance fraud. This company is not reputable and I would not recommend them for any work at all!!!!!

  Disappointed by the storm chasing team and their in ability to perform work on my presidential shingles. They insisted on laying the ice and water barrier incorrectly. Now they want paid in full. If you have presidential shingles installed by this company you should have another REAL local company check to ensure it was installed correctly. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone who thought this was top notch company!

  Scheduled appointment guy looked at damage and said he'd be back the next day to proceed. Never came back. A few weeks later I get a call from them asking for an update. How am I going to give an update when the guy never came back? Told the lady this and she said she'd send someone by again so I said fine if it's a different person than before. New person was scheduled for 9am today. It is 1pm as I write this so apparently they're not coming.

  Poor service due to taking on more clients than they can take care of. Really don't get any great service as you're more like just another number to them. Plus, sub par work anyhow

  I don’t write reviews often, but I had a need to say about the service I received from this business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone for many reasons. I am going to list a few: 1. I was away when they did my roof (maybe a mistake in my end) and I was assured I would be getting pictures of progress. I never received a single picture. 2. They quoted me for one price and material on gutters screens; however, they installed different one cheaper. I will give them credit for admitting. 3. They damaged my ceiling area around my skylight, they said they don’t have anyone to fix it and I should find some local contractors to fix it. They said it will cost about $300-$550 to cost. Maybe a mistake on my end, I agreed to take that off of my bill and I will fix it. I couldn’t figure out where they took $500 off as they claimed. The bill was exactly as it was in the estimate. 4. I sent check to mortgage to be endorsed to me, they kept calling everyday for payment. 5. I asked for pictures when they installed roof and itemized statement, yet to receive them. There are other reasons, but I think 5 is more than enough to list as why I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.

  Aspen did my new roof last year as a result of derecho. Apparently they were not counting on me needing a new roof this year due to hail damage. They shingled over 40 feet of rotted plywood. They did not replace any flashing, just used the old stuff. Also, after I gave them the insurance check, they called me and told me I owed them $3000 more than the salesman quoted me. I only gave them 1 star to be able to leave a review. They don't even deserve 1 star in my book

  I knew little about getting a roof, but I didn’t have to. I learned a lot from Drew, who took the time to explain the process and the support ing details and return to make sure it was done right, to my satisfaction. When the roofers came to workI It was truly amazing how quickly they set up, worked and finished all in one day. It was like they came, they conquered, and disappeared. They put everything back where they found it as if they were never there! I had such a positive experience! 👏🏻✊👍

  Nathan and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. From the moment Nathan came to do an adjustment to the finish project it was a great experience. He gave us a time line and stuck to it. His team was professional and did a great job cleaning up. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I HIGHLY recommend Nathan Draus and his team!

  Tyson did a terrific job on our insurance claim project of roof, gutter, and siding. Constant communication and follow up. Some minor product issues along the way that needed to be corrected but he was always on top of it

  I called Travis to get my roof replaced and it was done by the end of the following week! Quick and efficient, everyone was friendly and professional. All documents and pictures were delivered quickly and I was able to get them to my insurance company promptly. Would recommend Travis and the Aspen Team!
