I had an appointment with them to come by and inspect my roof. I was home and waiting for them but they never came. They didn't evan bother to call and cancel the appointment. I haven't heard from them since the initial call I made to them scheduling the inspection. I won't call them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Robin, we're sorry you had this experience; we definitely appreciate the feedback. However, if it's helpful, we've gone through our appointment records and we don't see you in our system. We're a new company and it's possible that this appointment fell through the cracks somewhere, and that's on us. But we're also seeing some errors on Google's side when people think they're calling another company and get us due to generic roofing keywords. Either way... can we please offer to make this right and set an appointment to inspect your roof? It would be our pleasure to service you.

I would highly recommend Brian with Artisan Roofing. He personally came to provide an estimate (vs a sales person), provided upgrade options but no pressure to use; was on site day of roof replacement; his crew was polite, hard working and the clean up was spotless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Wow! The BEST customer service you could ask for! Highly knowledgeable with fast, efficient and very cost effective service! After a storm Brian came out and assessed the damage. He meet with the insurance inspector for a collaborative assessment. Our new roof looks amazing and the crew paid special attention to our landscaping & cleanup!

So glad I went with Artisan Roofing! They came out first thing the morning after I called, and had the job done within a few days. Made me feel prioritized even as a smaller project. I will 100% be using them for any future roofing projects!

They came to repair my roof. Showed up when they said they were going to. The person working on my roof took before and after pics. He cleaned up after himself any materials that he may have dropped. Would recommend

I recently had the pleasure of working with Artisan Roofing Company for a new roof and gutter installation, and the experience was outstanding. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and ensured that the project was completed to the highest standards. What truly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to explain each step of the process, addressed all my questions with patience, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were impressive, leaving me with a beautifully installed roof and gutters that not only looks great but also performs flawlessly. Amazing company, fast service, great communication and did a wonderful job. I was behind one of their trucks on the Interstate and decided to call them since I’ve called numerous gutter companies trying to get this job done for last 3 years. They answered my call and had someone out in a couple days and job completed within a week. I highly recommend them.

These guys rock! Estimate was clear and they explained the process in detail, the crew showed up early and completed the roof in one day - a completed tear off and re-roof. High quality product, well organized crew and office staff, I’m a happy customer and highly recommend Artisan Roofing!
