Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Armor Roof Crafters to anyone looking for an honest roofer and exceptional craftsman. I had previously been denied on three prior insurance claims related to the storm damage on my roof. Upon referral, Colton Sandes inspected the roof, provided an honest assessment and reviewed the prior denial paperwork. Dealing with my insurance company felt like a battle of David versus Goliath, but Colton was able to get the denial overturned and the full roof was approved! Tommy Falk had excellent attention to detail while overseeing the full project, especially in correcting some existing issues with the roof structure and coordinating all of the related work on the gutters, chimneys and stucco.

On 3/18 Armor Roof Crafters arrived to replace my damaged roof. Mr. Tommy Falk and crew were awesome. He walked me through the whole insurance process step by step. Made sure I had complete understanding. When the crew arrived earlier Tuesday morning, I was way past ready. They were extremely polite and professional. My roof was replaced and I love it! They were efficient, detailed oriented and steady fast. I was kept informed from start to finish. Thank you Mr Falk. If anyone needs a new roof call Tommy at Armor Roof Crafters.
