  I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service. My roof was done last year and I held off on leaving a review because Nick, the owner, made my feel foolish for parking in my driveway and possibly getting nails in my tires (it was dark and had been a long day and I was on auto pilot). He attempted to smooth that over by offering to give me patches for my tires and trying to get me to leave a 5-star Google review while he was standing on my porch. Now almost a year later during rainy season I've got at least one section of gutter that is sagging, leaking, and on the verge of caving under the weight of the rain water. I got on a ladder and saw that the gutter brackets are not even attached properly with screws! They are just loosely hovering in place. I contacted Nick and he gave me a disappointing answer, saying something was probably missing to begin with and they only work in a different county now due to the economy. So now I'm out of luck unless I want to pay a gutter company to fix their lazy mistake.

  If we didn’t think we checked off all the boxes we wouldn’t have asked for the 5 star review. Sorry you feel this way. Glad to know your roof is performing well especially with the recent hurricane. We did receive the referral you sent us most recently with your across the street neighbor. However, we were not able to produce a low enough bid to secure it. Thanks for your review

  Again per our contract and what you requested us to do at the time did not include any work with the metal roof your referring to. Sorry again you had to do more work to your home and contracted someone else to do that portion. It is stated in bold at the bottom of the “Quote Detail” page on the signed contract nothing at the time was needed or being done with that metal lanai roof. We know you were going through a lot at the time and we’re really trying to help in every way possible. Best Regards!

  I don’t recommend this company. They make me keep waiting and call them to ask when can they start on my roof. They block my call. At least tell me you can do it or can’t do it. Not blocking my call and not reply my text. Was referred by a friend. Not professional. Very disappointed.

It’s so important to use an established and local company that’s is reputable with good reviews. These fly by night company’s that seam to be just chasing storms never seam to value their customers and or their property. We live in these communities and take great pride in the services we offer.   Armor All Roofing was the company I used after getting multiple quotes in October 2022. Lee was helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. Nick and crew went above and beyond to address any issues and quick to fix things. The flat roof and shingle roof are still looking great. Thanks again for the great work

  I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Their crew made the whole process appear effortless. They were meticulous from start to finish. It appeared as if they had never been here, Except I have a lovely new roof To show for it. They also cleaned all of my gutters, which was also a blessing. I also had some time issues that I had to work through and they were just grand, they helped me so very much to get this roofing project done within the time frame I was trying to work through.   I was very pleased with the service from Nick Clark. He was on time, did a thorough inspection, and explained everything as well as showing photos of water damage. It turns out it's a plumbing issue, not a roofing one, but I would highly recommend Nick Clark and his company.
